We are also proud to own Coronado 102 (https://www.vrbo.com/465007?unitId=1048118) just steps away from Coronado 105 in phase 2 of Las Paloma’s! Enjoy the King size bed in the master room, an additional bunk bed with full size beds for children and a sofa bed in the living room.and all the nice amenities that Coronado 105 has to offer. Park right outside the front entrance of your condo (or use the Underground Parking if you prefer). Access the Jacuzzi or the pools or the beach.... just a few steps from your patio door! And also enjoy the amenities that Las Palomas Beach and Golf resort has to offer: Infinity pools, lazy river, family Jacuzzi, adult Jacuzzi, heated pools, room service, daily cleaning in the only true resort in Puerto Penasco, Rocky Point. This condo features an additional bunk room, this allows our guests to choose from the 3 sleeping areas : 1. Master Room with a king size bed. 2. Bunk room with 2 double bunk beds or 3. the sofa sleeper with a full size mattress. Condo was beautiful and exactly what is shown as. Location of ground floor condo was AMAZING. The convenience of 1st floor is soooo nice. Especially with a little one. I don’t have one complaint or bad thing to say. We enjoyed everything!

Condo was great as was the resort. Unfortunately the resort is conducting major renovations and I couldn’t use my patio because of ropes from above, ladders, debris and workmen on the patio! Renting a ground floor unit is supposed to be a plus, but not this trip. Should either notify renter of renovations or not rent the property during renovations. I would not have rented this unit had I known of the renovations!

This is a ground for floor property, right in front of the pool and bar! Sleeps six easily. Totally nice condo and upgraded! You get maid service daily as well!! Loved this VRBO!

My wife and I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the close access to the beach and pool. The elevator is nearby so you could get to the parking garage easily. Housekeeping was very attentive and we enjoyed the pool bar and restaurants in the complex.

Large, beautiful property. Very busy, active pool including lots of music and lots of people drinking and having fun. Our rental unit was excellent. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a good location on the property.

This little place was cute abs very comfortable, I slept like a baby I never heard the elevators as mentioned by others. The bed was super comfortable and I loved that it’s near the pool, the bar, and so close to the beach . I will definitely come back and rent here

We had a great stay at this property. Steps away from the beach and also pool. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it got completely replaced with a brand new one within an hour. I was truly amazed at how quickly both Las Palomas and the owners took care of us.

Our stay was great, the location of the unit was perfect! The listing shows for 5 people, but it was actually for 4 so we ended up out of pocket at check in. I was a little surprised there was not even an offer of reimbursement when we made the property manager aware of this. Especially after realizing we paid more to book when we included everyone. So I guess we got double charged. Additionally, bring your own trash bags, extra TP, and paper towels. There is only one of each provided. The unit is next to the elevator so expect any noises from that. Otherwise it was a great stay! The unit is nice and clean, right next to the beach.

The space looks much bigger in person than it did in the photos. Very nice, and also fully stocked kitchen appliances. We were able to go to the grocery store and cook for ourselves all week.

Exceeded expectations, while visiting Phoenix we decided to take a quick trip to the beach in Mexico. Ground floor unit, fully stocked, comfy beds. Close to everything. Resort was so clean, amazing pools, friendly helpful staff. Great views, steps from the beach.
