About this house rental
Nestled in Willoughby, this lovely house for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Very clean and recently remodeled house, close to everything! Restaurants, shopping, movies, parks, Lake Erie, Headlands Beach... Living room has very comfortable new couches and features a 55” smart TV, Blue Ray DVD player and a Samsung sound bar for your enjoyment. This one story ranch house has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a two Full size beds. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen LED TV and Amazon Firestick. House is equipped with High Speed WIFI Internet. New: All new Kitchen cabinets, countertops, stainless steel appliances. Completely new bathroom. All hardwood floors have been refinished. New lighting and new furniture and mattresses throughout! Dining room has a large table that is perfect for eating, relaxing or playing board games. Located near all shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. Just twenty minutes to Downtown Cleveland, home of the 'Rock and Roll Hall of Fame', the Cavaliers, Indians, Monster's Hockey and Brown's Stadium. Just a five minute drive to Lake Erie and great beaches, and fishing options. Nearby you can enjoy theaters, arcades, bowling alleys, tons of shopping options, groceries, swimming and much more. Just minutes away from the popular Kirtland Temple Visitors Center and LDS Sites. Clean, quiet, comfortable and private!

We had a little trouble with the check in. But the owner Matt and his wife showed up and we work that out. Matt and his wife are super friendly. The house was beautiful, it’s close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the park. The house is very clean, and stocked with everything you will need. Neighborhood is nice, neighbors are really friendly except the neighbor at the corner, she was always standing and staring. When we come back to Mentor we will definitely stay there again.

8 friends on one of our "girl trips". Provided with plenty of towels, great large table that sat 8, and was where we hung out together when in the house. Perfect weather and was able to enjoy Lake Erie beaches and local wineries. Great time. No issues with property owner, even received message from him that house waa ready a hour early!

We came to Cleveland for a family party and instead of getting hotel rooms were we had no room to gather together we decided to book Matt’s house. The house was perfect for us in every way. It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect location to many attractions, etc. We look forward to coming back this summer where we can enjoy the outside of the property.

We had a family outing planned for Cleveland but didn't want to stay right in the city. Matt's place was perfect! Lovely suburb location; quick & easy into the city. The house was sparkling clean with fresh towels laid out on each bed (nice touch!). Beds were clean and comfortable. Livingroom area had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Kitchen was clean and well stocked, even with coffee in the cupboard for us to use! I highly recommend staying here and I would do so again. Thanks Matt, for a wonderful place.

My wife and I brought my elderly mother up for a visit with family and friends she had not seen in years. The home was easy to find and was centrally located for visiting family on the Westside of Cleveland. The home was nicely renovated and well equipped with everything we needed for our visit. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a big screen TV in the living room and flat screen tvs in the bedrooms. Communications with the owners were pleasant and quickly returned. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Very nice place. Close to 3 of 4 golf courses we played at. Beds were comfortable. House was perfect for this trip. Matt was very accommodating if we needed anything. Thank you for a very nice place to stay. Only thing I recommend is some Cleveland area artwork or photography on walls.

We had a busy schedule with visiting colleges in Ohio and this house was the perfect location for us. It’s located in a quite neighbourhood with many local specialties around. Beach is just 10 minutes drive away. The house has 3 bedrooms and is well equipped with all essentials.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoy staying at this house. It is convenient, extremely clean and comfortable. The host provides very thoughtful items. This is our second stay here and we plan to make it a regular trip.

It was the perfect location for us. We were a mile away from friends that we came to visit. We had everything we needed close by. Travel to Cleveland was easy. The beds were super comfortable. We were very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely reserve again.

Perfect stay for our son’s wedding
The property was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the renovated kitchen served us well when we didn’t have other wedding events happening.
TVs in every room made everyone comfortable during times of quiet. To me the best distinctive touch was the night lights throughout the home! You know when you’re in a new place and it’s dark when you are up and about, here there was no stumbling around. Also we were on the road 3 days to get there and the access to laundry facilities made packing so much easier. Matthew was VERY responsive in every communication I sent him!! The check out process was straight forward and nothing like some of the horror stories I have read. 5 Star review for sure

The house was very clean, beds made and towels all laid out for us. It had everything we needed for our stay…including washer & dryer…although since our stay was a short one we didn’t need to them. The host was very kind when I had a small problem and came quickly to help.

Wonderful Stay
My sister, son and husband were in town for my dad's birthday and decided we did not want a hotel. This house was perfect! Clean, cozy and location was great. The space allowed us to hang out comfortably and enjoy much needed family time. The house provided everything for us and the beds were super comfortable. Would stay here again!

My son and I felt right at home. The property is located in a nice neighborhood which is conveniently located. We were able to easily go to grocery stores, restaurants, Headlands Beach, President Garfield National Historic Site, and other cool places. Even the Cleveland Museum of Art was only about 20 minutes away. Everything was clean and the appliances were updated. We even had a nice sun porch to relax on.
