This west end 3BR/3BA Hidden Dunes Gulfside condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The owners visit often and take meticulous care of their properties. This corner unit captures expansive gulf views of the beautiful emerald waters with floor to ceiling glass in the living area! Features include a newly remodeled kitchen with mosaic tile back splash, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, and premium electric shades in living and master. The master features a brand new king mattress with TV. The second guest bedroom features two queen beds with TV and the third features a king bed with TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Gulfside amenities include a gulf front pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Hidden Dunes is a 27-acre gulf front paradise located entirely on the south side of Highway 98. The resort offers six championship Rubico tennis courts, a professionally-staffed tennis facility with on-site USPTA professional, lighted basketball court, and approximately 500 feet of private beachfront with seasonal beach service.

Effective 2022: The Hidden Dunes HOA and White Diamond Beach Service have decided not to allow owners to pay for and provide complimentary beach service to their guests. With this new policy, beach service is not included with this property. Guests may pay for beach service themselves by visiting the onsite attendant at the beach. We were notified of this by an owner and immediately added it to the listing description on October 26, 2021.
Parking is open air, unassigned; 2 vehicles max.. No golf carts, trailers, RVs, etc. of any kind permitted per HOA rules. No tents allowed on the beach.

Please read even though I have given 5 stars!’ The host, condo, and property are all great. No issues with condo everything was perfect and beautiful views. The host and condo itself deserve 10 stars. Here is the major problem….The HOA allows the beach service to put their ugly snot green chairs from one side of the property to the other. Here’s the problem with that. You cannot have an umbrella anywhere in front of their green chairs. If you do they will call security and threaten to evict you! NOT KIDDING!! Even if you get their first at 5am they will comeIn put chairs behind you then kick you from the waterfront to behind their chairs. If you want a front row view of the ocean like most people do and the main reason they go to the beach you WILL NOT get it here unless yo pay the rude beach chair service people 300 dollars for the week. And even then they will put you in the back unless you tip them more. The more you tip the closer you get to the front. I witnessed several older ladies begging for a different spot and they said they couldn’t because they were all rented until one lady handed him a 50and then magically one of the sets of chairs they wanted were available. Unfortunately this is no control of this host or their property and I really hate they have to be apart of this stupid HOA and greedy beach chair service. The owner of the beach chair service “Bill” was just as rude. I called and he said either move or I’ll get security to evict you. NEVER AGAIN

The rental unit was exactly as described. Beautiful & stunning view of the beach. Unit was very clean. Check-in was seamless, and the host communicated and responded promptly. Thank you for sharing your unit!Things I wished: a quieter AC unit and higher ceilings for living/bathroom (we are mostly 6 ft tall in my family). Overall, I would still consider staying here.

Convenient location with a beautiful view from our window looking right out over the ocean. Easy to access the beach with chair set-ups available right where you enter the beach, and we enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub to end our beach days! Great stay overall.

Beautiful view. Good location. Elevators work well. The only problem we had was the hot water. The condo says it can sleep 10 and we had 6 and only 1 person at a time could shower with hot water. There were many cool showers taken. There were no dishwashing or laundry being done at the same time either. That was disappointing. Otherwise nice condo. We had a really good time. Would not return die to the hot water situation though.
