This centrally located 3,000 square ft. Penthouse has just been renovated in 2016. It has some of the most incredible views of the city from its spacious living room as well as from its 4 terraces. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths and a full kitchen with microwave and cappuccino maker. It can sleep up to 10 people. Dine in the formal renaissance dining room or alfresco on one the amazing terraces. You are only steps away from all the finest restaurants and museums.

This is a great place with an awesome view of Firenze. My favorite was making breakfast early and carrying it up to the top terrace so I could eat and sip freshly brewed Italian coffee while watching the sun rise over the city. The local grocery store is just down the hill. We had a family of 8 including a baby (which the host set up a crib for) and her great grandma, so the four bedroom / four bathroom configuration was perfect. My only advice is to be ready to haul your luggage up the stairs to the top floor to get that wonderful view, and be ready to climb the hill up from the Arno every day after your luxurious late Italian dinner.We did cook one dinner in the well equipped kitchen but mostly used it for breakfast and snacks. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were very handy.

We had a great experience and very much enjoyed the penthouse. Our hosts, Nina and Bajram, were incredible and so helpful and accommodating.

This property was magnificent! The hill and stairs were definitely work but the view made it absolutely worth it. The host is super helpful. Highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely stunning apartment, the views are spectacular! We were wonderfully taken care of by Bajram and Nina. Everything is close and walkable, the location is very central but also on the quiet side of the river which is very nice and serene. Thank you for an incredible 4 nights in Florence.
