Our beautiful unit was perfectly located to soak in the rich history and timeless beauty of Florence.

It was in a beautiful historic building with all the modern amenities. The view was so stunning looking out to the incredible square.

Understanding that the location is in a tourist area, it was noisy at night. The electricity kept tripping.

There was not hot water. The pillows are not good. They need to change them for better ones. The building elevator was so small that is scary. So you need to go up by the stairs.

Images weren’t representative of the property upon booking and there were maintenance issues with the air con resulting in 2 technicians attending the property and no sleep one night due to air con issues.
