Nestled in Mlini, this charming villa for $999 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Villa Soline is located gorgeously having a breath-taking sea view, and the only sounds that you will hear are the chippering of the domestic birds and the small boats sailing on the sea. The House is built of high quality Dalmatian stone, surrounded by ancient olive groves and oak trees. We provide a safe parking lot for all our guests and their personnel. The Villa offers 440 m2 of living space divided over three floors and an infield of more than 1000m2 containing a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi of 50 m2 and a beautiful terrace with sundeck. On the infield you can also find lovely gardens with Mediterranean vegetation giving you the opportunity to relax and marvel at the sparkling Adria. Villa Soline offers luxury accommodation for a maximum of 10 guests. On the ground floor all the common spaces for use such as a great living room, a dining room offering space for all 10 people, a luxury equipped kitchen that satisfies the highest standards, a conservatory with an indoor-fireplace as well as a bathroom and a laundry/utility room. The living- and dining rooms have access to the exteriors with uncovered and covered terraces featuring garden furniture and outdoor tables and chairs. The first floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. All rooms have access to generous balconies. This floor can also be used as accommodation for personnel as it has an own entry and can be separated from the rest of the house but also grants easy access to all the other rooms. On the second floor you can find two spacious bedrooms with a hallway and two bathrooms, one of them including a two person sauna and a massage bathtub. Each room has access to the balcony, even the great bathroom has an own small balcony where you can enjoy the view after a relaxing bath. Each room and terrace has a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea providing intimate and comfortable ambiance for your perfect vacation. The interior consists of solid wooden furniture and stands out in style and passion for detail. Our Villa is provides WiFi internet access, satellite TV, air conditioned and can be heated by a central heating system. The changing of bed linen and towels as well as a cleaning service is included every 4 days, but an everyday maintenance can be booked extra for a small fee. Just tell us your wishes, we are sure to be able to fulfill them. The Swimming pool and garden is cleaned on a daily basis in the early morning or evening hours to prevent disturbances.

- Very well-appointed for large groups, including those who are interested in preparing their own meals. There is plenty of room for gathering but also a lot of tucked away spaces for quiet moments. Large groups can dine inside or outside. - The owners are very warm and welcoming. Boris and Katija are willing to share their extensive knowledge of the area and connect guests to businesses that can provide experiences beyond the well-publicized tourist events. - The location is perfect for those seeking a quiet, relaxing oasis that is still a convenient location for accessing many activities. - House is in excellent condition, with attention to detail - not to mention the infinity pool and a short walk to the beach. Taxi's, Uber or private cars can transport you to activities. An Extraordinary Experience.

This absolutely exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautiful and Boris and Katia were the perfect hosts - both went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. We arranged a dinner for our first night there and Katia was an amazing cook (I think we’ll be talking about that meal for years to come)! The 2 breakfasts that we had there were also fantastic! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a place to stay near Dubrovnik. There were quite a few stairs to get to the villa and down to the beach but I am definitely not in great shape and I had no problem getting around. As well, we didn't gave a vehicle but were able to travel easily through taxis and Uber. We are fortunate to have travelled extensively but quite honestly, this was probably the nicest place that we’ve ever stayed at and the highlight of our European family vacation!

The owner and his wife were hospitable andd helpful. The villa was superb. The view from the pool was amazing overlooking the bay. The villa was beautiful with excellent facilities. The nearby beach picturesque. We had a fantastic family holiday, a perfect venue to escape and recharge.

Boris and Katija are lovely people and fabulous hosts. We knew throughout our 11 day stay that they were on call whenever we needed anything and they offered us excellent itinerary advice. Their villa is top class - we have stayed in many, and none beats Villa Soline. Their property description is accurate so I won't waste words - it is large, luxurious, private, has the best possible facilities (the pool is even better than the photos suggest) with breathtaking views across the sea. We loved it. Location is great - a short taxi/car trip to local towns - we would highly recommend the historic and beautiful Cavtat for a stroll, watch the sunset, cocktails, dinners.... Cavtat is also easy and convenient for scheduled boat trips into Dubrovnik old town and the islands (Lokrum is a must see). Also saves fighting the traffic into Dubrovnik. The villa is also a short walk down steps to a secluded pebble beach with stunning views and calm clear waters. Being August, there were a small number of local visitors on the beach - but it still felt very private, not at all 'commercialised'. We had such a great holiday with our teenage daughters and I couldn't recommend the villa and the hosts more highly. We rarely visit any holiday destination twice, but it will be difficult to resist another stay at Villa Soline.....
