Nestled in Sunriver, this charming house for $127 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Muskrat 05 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This comfortable Sunriver home, with its private hot tub, fireplace, and adorable interior, will give the whole family a vacation to remember! Inside, the home is modern and bright with natural wood floors, plenty of natural light, new interior paint, and new light fixtures and bedding to create a nice, homey feel. Settle into one of the super-comfortable couches in the living room and adjust to the leisurely pace of Sunriver. There is a 60' cable TV for watching your favorite DVDs, a stereo to play the best music, and a gas fireplace to make you feel cozy during the winter and on cool summer nights. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Three stools at the counter allow for closer company. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit eight so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. And for the little ones, a Pack and Play Playpen is available for use. What's nearby: Just a five-minute walk to SHARC (eight passes are provided) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River. Go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, or play golf on two different championship courses! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away, is home to majestic birds of prey, and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights. Some fun destinations just outside of Sunriver include the Lava River Cave just a few miles north on Cottonwood and Benham Falls Trail for gorgeous summer hiking next to Class VI rapids! If the water draws your attention, consider a guided rafting trip through Sun Country Tours (you'll go on smaller rapids). For a slightly longer drive, head south 30 miles to Paulina Lake for an amazing volcanic lake with stunning views. Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. You can't beat the location (5-minute walk to either the Shark, or Sunriver Village). The house had every amenity we needed (plenty of kitchen dishes, games, CD's, air conditioning, Shark Passes. We would rent again.

House was great location & amenities! Loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes! Kitchen had everything we needed! Beds were extremely comfortable!
House was clean but the room with bunk beds needed some attention with sheets, their was a sock & Dr Pepper under the bed.

This is a beautiful home that has been well cared for. Kitchen is nicely supplied. It’s location is within a short walk to both The Village at Sun River and the SHARC aquatic center. Would definitely stay again.

We've been vacationing in Sunriver for years and my family all agree that this is the best house we've stayed in. Very comfortable for our family of 4. AC worked great since temps were in the 90's. We were so pleased to save money on bike rentals since there were many to choose from and all in great shape. Kitchen had everything. Nice big tvs in living and main bedroom. Hot tub and big deck were amazing. Location was close to everything. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Location, comfort, and all the details they put into making this the perfect gathering spot to create those memories in Sunriver that will last a lifetime. Kitchen is completely stocked, furniture is comfy, and linens are crisp. The ONLY negative thing is that the upper bunks do not have side rails. I had the boys sleep on the bottom only (which they were disappointed about.) I highly recommend putting in rails for safety purposes. Overall, a great little place and we will be back!

Home has a nice hot tub, separation of space with bedrooms, and was clean upon arrival. Bikes were great, kids bikes are pretty outdated, but our kids still managed! SHARC passes were included! Only downfall is, no place to store the food/snacks you bring... Literally - none. Just counter or table space. It'd be great to have a little portable pantry added for guests to keep their food if they decide to bring food to make:)

The house was super clean and perfect for 2 families with 3 kids. Location was GREAT! 5 minute walk to either the village or SHARC. While the house feels a bit small it worked fine for 4 adults, 2 teens, and a 7 year old. Would be happy to rent this again in the future!

If you want a well stocked kitchen with a location an easy walking distance to Sharc and The Village…this is your house. Bunk room is great for kids and teens alike! It would have been great to have a powder room or 3rd bath…but we made it work. I would recommend it’s best for single family units. Hot tub, corn hole game, deck seating and bikes were all in good condition and wonderful touches. In desperate need of a new gas grill on the deck. Great time overall!!

We had a great stay at this property! Everything we needed. Enjoyed riding the bikes and the sharq passes. Hot tub did not have water in it and not able to use it the first night. However made one phone call and it was repaired the next morning and ready to use later that night. Looking forward to staying again!

All kids were in the bunk bed room so we had an extra room which turned out great since we used it to keep all our snow clothes out of the way and my husband used it to dial into a work meeting without being disturbed. This house is super close to the village and SHARC which was awesome since we could easily bike to both places even with a 5 year old. This house came with plenty of bikes of all sizes which was key for our varying ages! The kitchen was stocked well with cookware, etc. we only needed to bring some ziplocks & a few plastic take home containers to put leftovers in. This was our first time to sunriver with kids & this house worked out well. Vacasa was also great to rent through. We did it all online and the whole process was very clear and understandable of how to get in and check out, etc.
