My room had a very hard bed, I left there with back and shoulder issues. The carpet was filthy. I felt like I was stepping on nasty, dirty carpet. There were stains coming into the doorway to reminded me how dirty it was every time I walked into my bedroom. in fact, I couldn’t go barefooted. I felt like the condo was outdated and needs to be updated for the amount that they’re charging. Bottom line it wasn’t a Haven. also in the downstairs bathroom behind the toilet was moldy and dirty.The location is nice.

The family atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen stocked with good utensils and dishes so we could cook. Access to sports - yay! We love Quelah! Just needed the screen in the screen door fixed- it kept popping open and letting mosquitos in. And the Heat didn’t work until the last day when we figured out the breaker was shot off. But we thank you for having extra tennis stuff and bikes and games and the littles loved the books! We loved riding our bikes to the observatory. Thank you and take care! See you next year 💛

The location was great! Quick bike rides to several activity spots! The condo had 4 adult bikes to use which was awesome as well. We also really loved that we had a pool and hut tub to use right outside our condo.

Our condo had 3 fans not in good working condition. 2 were broken but usable, one we couldn’t get to work at all. With it being hot and no A/C working fans is important. One of the TVs in upstairs bedroom wasn’t working well either.

I would recommend that the hours of the nearby pool are posted both at the pool door and inside the condo. It was confusing to figure out how it worked and we missed the time. The hours in some place say open till 7pm, another place 10pm. We went at 6pm and it was closed.
