About this house rental
Located in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $341 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Wrightsville Beach duplex that's only steps to the beach! Open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space. Seating for 6+ in the dining area. Flat screen LCD TV's in each bedroom. Generous driveway with parking for 3-4 vehicles. Outside shower. Left side of duplex also (Sunny Side Up) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4 and may be available for larger groups to rent for the same dates. Parking instructions: Off street parking for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for our guests and to provide excellent customer service every time. Please contact us with specific requests, and we'll do our best to help! Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2 pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

The unit was as advertised. It was clean, had almost everything we needed, and was pet friendly. We would book here again. There was everything to make coffee except coffee itself, so remember to bring that.

My mom, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and I stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend 2022. The location is amazing, easy to get to coming in from out of town, short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants. I was a little nervous about the cleanliness since it is dog friendly but was pleasantly surprised. There was no lingering pet smell or hair on furniture or rugs. The bathrooms were nice and tidy and there were toiletries available. The bed in the first bedroom was very comfortable but the one in the 2nd bedroom was a little firm. The pull out couch was also comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! Also had excellent communication and service from the leasing group.

Property was clean and very functional. Just a 2minute walk down the street and you’re on the beach. Beds were not very comfortable, have had back problems for 30+ years and my back was acting up all the time we were here! Nice place, close to all amenities.

Our family of 5 plus one puppy was in town for Ironman and had a great stay! The place was comfortable and I appreciated the wagon, buckets and shovels for the kids to play in the sand.

Great little beach spot!
We had a wonderful week at this property in August! The beds were amazingly comfortable (tough to come by with a rental) and the updates to the kitchen were pretty great! My only complaint (which is very minor) is that they didn't give us any bath mats with the linens. Otherwise, this place is great and we'll stay again!

This was our first time in Wrightsville Beach, so we totally loved the location on a short beach block, in walking distance to restaurants and stores. The condo looked just as pictured, super clean with tasteful decor. The living room spot is tight for four adults. Best suited for two adults, two young children. Bathrooms vanities were too small to hold much and the shower was too small to turn around in or keep soap and shampoo in. We were given six towels for four adults for a week and the washer only holds about two towels at at time. The kitchen was a good size, but minimally stocked. Paper products were promised, but there was only a roll of paper towels and four rolls of tp. No napkins, etc. There was only salt and pepper so we bought oil to use and left it for the next tenants. The outside table and chairs appeared to be outside in the photos, but they were in the carport. An outside shower was promised, but it was a shower head on a post in front of the house with no surround. Overall we were happy with our choice, but will choose a home with more outside space upon our return.

This unit was perfect for two couples since both bathrooms are located within the bedrooms. Kitchen was well supplied. Decor is beautiful and comfortable. Shady carport underneath supplied with nice table and chairs for outdoor meals. Surprisingly quiet even though on a corner lot. Easy walk to a nice beach. Owners have thoughtfully provided everything a family might need for a trip to the beach: chairs, toys, beach towels and bikes! Short drive over to the wonderful historic district of Wilmington which is chock full of activities, shops and great food. The only caution I have for this unit is the many steep stairs required for entry and the proximity of the stairs to the doorway. No problem for our group and we are age 65; however, anyone with mobility problems should give some thought to this issue. Likewise, those with small children will need to be extra vigilant about children exiting the doorway as the stairs are one step away and a fall could be serious. We would definitely rent this unit again and hope to return to Wrightsville Beach!

We had an enjoyable vacation despite the aftermath of the hurricane. Only two things disappointed me. The fact that our keys did not work. Despite my call no one brought me a new set. Also, the outside still had debris. It was more difficult and unpleasant to walk the dog in the yard. The steps could have been swept and hosed down, the yard raked, and the gates fixed.

Nicely appointed with beach stuff. Good location. Unit was clean and nicely appointed. However the internet quit working and I requested by the phone app to have it repaired and it was not. Then we had to evacuate due to impending hurricane. It would have been VERY helpful to have internet access to change our vacation plans due to the impending storm.

Most everything was great. The place was well decorated, neat and clean and had good wifi and a very complete kitchen, 3 tv's, and tons of fun beach stuff to keep the kids happy and busy on the beach. It was also very, very close to the beach and within reasonable walking distance of the small town there is. I also liked how they gave us ample basic supplies to get started---no food---but a full roll of paper towels, several rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwashing cubes galore and dish soap, shampoo, etc. If I had one major complaint it's that we didn't have a good outdoor shower or BBQ patio as was suggested in the description of the home and the agent I spoke with. We had to shower right in front of the house and I had to oull the BBQ out into the driveway and BBQ using the street lighting since it was in the garage and the garage had zero lighting. Minor complaints would be that there were not enough towels for the five of and one of the three tv's had some problems from time to time. In the grand scheme of things, those things did not negatively impact our vacation and we probably could've called SeaScape to resolve them if we hadn't been so **** beach lazy and otherwise happy! We hope to go back next year and wish the very good people of Wrightsville Beach and /Wilmington our heartfelt best in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence.

The house is just as pictured though the bedrooms definitely seemed larger than shown. Very clean and well kept. The shower part of our outdoor shower wasn't working (the foot sprayer worked) and we called Seascape - they were very helpful and came and fixed it that day. Would love to have had a tea kettle and some cookware that wasn't non-stick but overall a great experience and we would absolutely rent it again.
