Access to the beach is easy. Once at the beach there's plenty of it to enjoy! The weather happened to be great while we stayed there which made the views from the ocean side room fantastic. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent.
Two things. They are down to only one elevator, possibly because it is off season, but I was told the other has been broken since last spring.
Also service for the one dinner we ate there was a disappointment. Our wait staff was in the back, out of sight, most of the meal. Not sure what she was working on, but it wasn't us. The dinner was dry and tough when it arrived, as if it had stayed under the warmer too long.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bedding, clear blue ocean, clean beach, beautiful views, and easy beach access.
The only issue was the elevator situation. The two elevators inside the lobby were working Friday but one was out of order after Friday. Which made the wait for the elevator longer. But nothing to truly complain about it. I think there was another elevator in the parking garage. I just never used it.

Almost everything you need can be found at the resort, food, rentals for chairs,
Surfboards, etc.
No smoking anywhere

>Only one elevator was working, so extremely long waiting times.
>It wasn't clear that the additional payment for breakfast was only for 2 adults. We booked 4 adults for 2 nights, so it didn't make sense to get breakfast only for 1 night.
>Only 40 beach umbrellas available. Insufficient for a full hotel and was totally booked out the day before. This is not something that one plans in advance, so we did not have an umbrella or chairs.
