Nestled in Lynchburg, this lovely campground/ rv resort for $81 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Cute manufactured home in Booneville, just 12 minutes (7 mile) drive west of Jack Daniels Distillery. The route to and from our place is down Scenic Highway 129 which gives a good representation of the rolling hills in Middle TN. Our home is around 750 square feet with 2 beds and one bath that can comfortably accommodate four with one queen and one full bed. Our rental also has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a carport to park motorcycles/vehicles under. Feel free to enjoy a hike on the 38 acre working farm.

This accommodation was excatly what we were looking for! It is out in the country on a nice pice of property. We took our two dogs and had a great time walking the grounds. It was quiet and had all the comforts of home. We were happy to be able to use the washer and dryer so as not to have to pack too many clothes. It was only about 10 mins to the Jack Daniel's Distillery and into town. We were able to sight see and shop. Its also only about an hour from Huntsville, AL. So we were able to go into the city and do some things as well. Abby and Ryan provided a great stay for us! I would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property is beautiful and great for hiking and exploring. The kids and grandkids loved being outside and had an amazing time! The home was very cozy and comfortable. We spent a lot of time out and about but felt right at home when we were there. Definitely will book again!

It was very clean and we moved that we could have our dog and walk the property. It also has firewood so we had a fire and it has a very nice gas grill ! Want to stay here every time we visit family!

We live an hour away but wanted to be local event, and boy was this a sweet spot to get to! It gets DARK at night so be careful if you're arriving late, but it's the country - wouldn't expect anything less. Place was just as we expected and more, well supplied kitchen, even with seasonings and condiments, some snacks and coffee. Property was GREAT, pup loved running around off leash, jumping in the pond, just getting to be a dog! Overall great spot, will probably do another weekend getaway just because.

I want to start by saying that I had never been to this area before so I was not familiar with it. We were on a business trip and my husband and I were looking for a place to stay near Shelbyville TN. We wanted a place with a kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. as we were there for 2 weeks. We had already left our hotel early that morning to travel to Ryan's property so I missed his check-in procedure email. Due to the remote location of the property and our unfamiliarity with the area, and the fact that my cell phone, GPS, texting, etc. would not work in this area, we were not able to contact Ryan for check-in procedures. This is something I would recommend following up on prior to heading out. We did get this resolved after finding a location that had a phone that we could use. Pros: The property was clean, free of bugs, and all appliances worked good. We sat out of the patio each night and used the gas grill a few nights. Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. There is satellite connection in the trailer, so I was able to use internet, download offline maps, etc. once connected. The property was very pretty to walk around. Cons: The property could use some deep cleaning in areas such as window sills between storm and screens (I like to open windows rather than use air conditioning).

We did enjoy our stay it was quite comfortable. The only thing that I would like to suggest is maybe some USB charging outlets. We forgot plug ins for our phones and various electronics and had no where to charge them. We bought some inexpensive charging lamps for our guest room at our house from amazon. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Clean comfortable place to stay. We visited the area to spend Thanksgiving with family so we were there mostly to sleep. The trailer was warm and comfortable. If we had had more time it would’ve been fun to hike on the grounds. I loved the porch and hearing the neighbor’s cows in the morning. A quiet retreat.

We were visiting Lynchburg for the Jack Daniels invitational BBQ so we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the house, but we had a very nice stay. The house was cozy and clean had a nice home away from home feel to it. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit the distillery. Thank you guys for a great get away!

This is a home out in the country, in between city limits of Fayetteville and Lynchburg. Very quiet and peaceful out here. The satellite wifi is slow but it works quite well for streaming TV services. Overall, if you want to escape to the countryside this is it right here.

The location is way out in the country. Nice little covered front porch attached for grilling etc. Good hot water, air condition, clean linens. There was a little cozy feel to this mobile home. They even had corn hole for us to play out in the yard. However, we had to park on the grass because the covered parking spot in their photo, was packed with farm equipment etc. There was tons and tons of mouse poop under kitchen sink and in their pots and pans. The TV didn't work and there was no remote. The Wi-fi is painful slow and mostly could not load Youtube video's on our phone. Would work for a quick night stay though
