We loved everything about the property. The room was clean and nicely decorated. So much history and charm. The breakfast was amazing. We loved sitting on the porch sipping coffee and seeing deer.

It was beautiful & quiet and still close to Lynchburg. I liked the fact it is an actual farm and loved the breakfast in the am. Anita was such a nice host and took good care of are of us. Bought lots of lavender products and been enjoying them. Will definitely stay there next time I am in the area.

We loved our experience! My wife has visited in the past (before we got married) and she loved it so much she wanted to go again. I've never stayed on a farm before and it was so, so relaxing. Great walking trails, a little stream to sit by, tons of animals walking around, and a lavender shop!

The location and rural setting. The variety of farm animals in the house yard.
Old, tired, and not well maintained. An old classic farmhouse which has being neglected. The exterior of the house was covered in cobwebs, spiders and dust. The interior has classic, antique rustic furnishings but is dark and musty. Windows couldn’t be opened due to the buildup of dirt and cobwebs. The bathroom is tiny and the shower almost unusable for a person over 6 foot. This property is very expensive given its poor standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
