I didn't have breakfast. The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly. They are in the process of redecorating and modernising. The pub downstairs has a friendly atmosphere and I was made to feel very welcome.

I couldn't bring my dog with me.

A very warm welcome from the owner and staff. Went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Pub was very clean and a great choice of alcoholic beverages on offer

Rooms just need a little tlc. No plug in sink. Furniture and decor need a bit care and attention, however its obvious that the team are working towards an update

Disappointed with the bathroom and toilet shared with bar staff friends down the corridor from my room. Manager didn’t show me the back door entrance so when I went out early in the morning I was effectively locked out til a taxi driver helped me locate the gate in other street down a garden - not helpful and fairly distressing as I walked my fig at 6.30 am !!
