Located in Louisville, this lovely condo for $110 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Entire Duplex apartment in Old Louisville! This 110+ year old beauty has a private entrance. This property is freshly renovated. The apartment has two bedrooms, brand new Kitchen and a living room with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and HBO Provided. They don't make houses like these anymore with quarter sawn oak flooring and 100 year old trim. 10 minutes from Downtown, Nulu, Bardstown Road. This is a sunny, apartment has no shortage of natural light (7 foot tall windows throughout). It is a quick jaunt to pretty much anywhere in the city. It is located in Old Louisville, which is the second largest Victorian neighborhood in the country and has the best architecture in the City (in my opinion). I highly recommend you try as many restaurants as possible (trust me, we have some great food here). It's a comfy, livable duplex currently being updated by us (we actually live here, so you aren't dealing with some impersonal investment group)... The 120 year old hardwood floors have been refinished within the last couple months for an absolutely beautiful look. The granite countertops practically still have the plastic on them! The walls are freshly painted and the relaxing reading nook is just built! ★★★★★ RELAX AND CHILL A roomy, light-filled living room with a comfy couch will definitely be welcome after a long day around town. We offer Netflix, HBO, Hulu and ESPN in the Living Room. Highspeed internet is obviously a must and we have you covered. Original hardwood floors throughout really show you the craftsmanship and exposed brick is always a nice touch. You also have a perfect reading nook for getting nice a comfy. ★★★★★ EAT, DRINK, BE MERRY A small dining room table off the entry hallway is a great place to relax (not pictured) There is a Portal Bluetooth Speaker for any music needs. ★★★★★ COOK A full kitchen can help you save money if you had a rough day at the track. We will have coffee and Tea available. ★★★★★ SLEEP The bedrooms each have 2 huge windows for great natural light and a comfy Queen size mattress. Bedroom #1 has a comfy Queen Mattress with enough space to add the air mattress that is available. There is a closet to store any items in the first bedroom. Bedroom #2 has a day bed (twin) that can be converted into a king bed by using the additional trundle bed underneath (twin). It also has a dresser for clothing. RULES Treat the floors very carefully, not only were they refinished months ago but they are also irreplaceable and a part of history. Absolutely no smoking inside! ------------ The entire duplex is was just recently renovated for a really fresh look. We took a lot of time to make it what it is today and we ask that guests take care of the space. We hope some of the touches we were able to incorporate help to make your stay wonderful. We care about this building a lot and it has taken a lot of time and hard-work (most done by yours truly) to make it what it is today. Coffee and Tea will be provided for your stay.

The place was perfect for our stay in Louisville. It was easy to get downtown from from the house and parking on the street was easy. The old world charm of the house is perfect for relaxing after a day of bourbon distillery tours and shopping.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was an easy (20 min) walking distance from the St. James Court Art Fair, and only several minute driving distance from the cute downtown shops and restaurants. Very clean spot and comfortable beds. Would stay again!

This is a nice old home. It worked very well for us. My son and I went to a trade show at the exposition center. The full kitchen was nice. The sitting area had a nice tv loaded with a number of streaming services like Amazon, Hulu, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for the Bourbon and Beyond festival and some bourbon trail stops. Good amount of bars and restaurants within a mile, also bikeable to the Highland Festival Grounds. Responsive hosts! Easy check in and check out! Not far from downtown or the NULU area. Clean nicely decorated.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect place to decompress after days on the Bourbon Trail. The space was comfy and the floors are gorgeous. We also loved that it was basically 5-10 minutes to everything. Matt was very responsive and helpful. A 5 star stay.

We were thoroughly impressed by this property. I read some reviews complaining about noise & the safety of the neighborhood, but we had zero issues with either. The space was ample for us 3. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was very clean & felt very homey. We would stay here again should our travels bring us back to Louisville.

Beautiful house. Great community and communication with the host. Thank you for allowing 1 night stays as we were passing through. This made our trip so much nicer. Matt had the cutest stickers available for guests. My kids have a collection on their suitcases as we travel and he was kind enough to let us have 2. They were thrilled! Would definitively stay here again so we can explore more.

We rented the place for the beta convention, and I must say, the house was exceptional. It lived up to its advertised description, and we encountered no issues with either the house or the neighborhood. However, I must acknowledge that Louisville has some challenges, but overall, our experience in the house was fantastic.

We were in town looking for an apartment for my son who will be attending U of L School of Dentistry. This place was super clean and cute! Great location and we could get anywhere we were heading in under 15 mins. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The coffee was much appreciated in the mornings as well as the list of restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit.

We were traveling home and only needed a one night stay. Was very happy that this was available for a one night stay since earlier in our trip we stayed in a hotel and never again. The house has stunning hardwood floors that have been recently refinished. Home is very clean and bed was comfy. Thank you Matt.

The property is spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and in a great location. Staying here really elevated our trip to Louisville, and I will certainly stay here again on my next trip to Louisville.

The house was charming. It was clean and well cared for. Beds were great! The renovations have captured its beauty and enhanced it. The reading nook was a big hit for everyone and a struggle to take turns when all wanted to use it. Everything was so close to the house, which made seeing the sights a pleasure. Matt was great to work with and very responsive.
