Ideally located for access to everything in central Arcachon (beach, boats, shopping, Ville d'hiver, fabulous produce market, restaurants) yet miraculously quiet. The apartment is spacious, bright, airy, and comfortable (except for the bed pillows). We enjoyed the stereo. The owner, who guided us in to the convenient and secure garage parking, could have been clearer about the extra charges for linens (which should include pillow cases).

Bel appartement emplacement idéal
L’emplacement de ce très beau T3 est idéal.
Pas besoin de voiture, on peut tout faire à pied ! La plage est à 50 mètres et le logement est en plein centre d’Arcachon avec ses belles rues commerçantes et son marché. L’appartement est grand, joliment décoré et propre. Il ne manque rien ! Tout est bien pensé et très pratique. Il y a un grand dressing où on trouve des parasols pour la plage, des transats, des paniers, un caddie pour les courses et plusieurs choses très pratique. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec machine à laver fer à repasser et étendoir à linge. Dans la cuisine aussi il ne manque rien ! Dans la chambre parentale, un grand placard avec beaucoup de cintres et une grande commode. Le plus est la jolie terrasse en bois ornées de belles plantes avec un coin détente et une grande table pour 6 personnes. Sans oublier qu’il y a une place de parking très proche de l’appartement donc aucun problème de stationnement. Allez y les yeux fermés ! La propriétaire est à l’écoute, disponible et communique des adresses de restau sympa. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et par chance le soleil et la chaleur étaient au rendez-vous. L'appartement est idéalement situé, confortable et équipé pour passer un excellent séjour. Un axe d'amélioration est de fournir les serviettes et les draps mais nous le savions avant de partir.

Appartement à réserver sans hésiter
Nous venons de passer une très belle semaine. L'appartement est idéalement situé à moins de100m de la mer et de la place du marché, proche de tous commerces et de la jetée Thiers, d'où partent les navettes pour Cap Feret (20/25mn) et le grand tour de l'ile aux oiseaux (2h). L'appartement est très propre, agréable à vivre, spacieux, lumineux, au calme et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour déjeuner. Le bonus est la place de parking réservée.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et reviendrons sans aucune hésitation si l'occasion se présente. Nous remercions M. Jansen pour son accueil.

Un très bel appartement - très calme - au coeur même d'Arcachon sur le boulevard de la plage (c'est tout dire) avec les commodités afférentes dont une place au parking souterrain du centre ville.

Location extraordinaire!
L'appartement est spacieux, pratique et chaleureusement décoré. Dès qu'il fait beau, la grande terrasse est plus qu'appréciable! Nous sommes venus en février, et il est également très bien chauffé. Sa situation est idéale, à trois minutes à pied du marché couvert très vivant même hors saison, du cinéma, et à trois minutes également de la mer, de tous les commerces et activités comme le ponton pour les promenades en bateau. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et font tout pour faciliter le séjour. Il est en outre très appréciable d'avoir une place de parking réservée toute proche de l'appartement.
Je le recommande donc à toutes les périodes de l'année!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen. Sie hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Aufteilung war für uns perfekt. Es gibt eine gute Ausstattung und viel Zubehör ideal für den Strand. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes. L'appartement est bien équipé, avec beaucoup d’amour. Il y a des nombreux accessoires idéals pour la plage. L'emplacement est très central, mais calme. Nous y retournerons à tout moment.

Une pièce à vivre extrêmement spacieuse avec deux grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur balcon.
Nous sommes venu à quatre adultes pour noël, ce que est adapté car il n'a que deux chambres, mais nous avons pu recevoir et manger à 6 confortablement.
Nous avons également apprécié le chauffage performant.

This is a very comfortable, modern and well maintained apartment 3 minutes away from the beach and right in the town centre. Despite its central location, it is very quiet. Upon arrival we have been met by the charming owners (French only spoken) who have been very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, cosy, exactly as described on the website and was a perfect base for our 2 week vacation. The kids loved their room and the terrace. Secure parking is a bonus as it gets very busy in the summer.
