About this condo rental
Situated in Sitka, this charming condo for $295 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Sitka adjacent to St. Michael's Cathedral within minutes of everything you need; restaurants, shopping, bars, harbors, grocery store, library, hiking trails and Sitka Fine Arts Campus. Across the street visit the Sitka Library or Harrigan Centennial Hall where you can watch the Russian Dancers perform during the summer months, visit the Sitka Historical Museum or attend a Summer Music Festival Performance. The apartment is located on the second level of a downtown commercial/residential building. The main floor has a coffee frozen yogurt bar, a consignment store and the lowest level has a Mexican American Restaurant and a Food Co-op. The second level is a combination of long term residential apartments and vacation rentals. The building is locked in the evenings and accessed with a pass key. The building has an elevator for tenants and guests only and the key to the elevator is provided after check in. The building has 2 entries and will be locked in the evenings. The apartment is located on the second level so stairs will be necessary to access the apartment when checking in. An elevator key is provided after check in. Guests have an access key to use on the main entrance on Lincoln St. when the building is locked. The apartment has everything you would need to be comfortable and feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, just bring the food. We provide basic spices, coffee, and tea. The living room has amazing views of the surrounding mountains, ocean and Crescent Harbor. There is a smart tv for you to add your favorite streaming app. And if you need it, wireless internet is available. If it is comfort, convenience and location you are wanting for your Sitka stay, this property is for you.

Apartment was in town and we could walk to almost everything. The apartment itself was clean but the kitchen was dated. The bathroom had been updated but the sink drained very sloooowly. The mattress in the front room was horribly soft and old. The sheets should be better quality. Didn’t sleep in the other bedroom because there were no windows and it was stuffy. The coffee machine worked great!

Spic & Span clean apartment .. the perfect location for meeting points for excursions.. distance to the airport
Kitchen has everything you need in case you want to cook a meal etc. ones you receive the key you can use the elevator for your suitcases .
We had unexpected warm weather very thankful for that however a simple fan would have been wonderful specially the back bedroom gets very warm .
Would stay here absolutely again .

Downtown location is wonderful
The apartment has a cozy feel with a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed having ground coffee and creamer supplied. Staying downtown Sitka is always fun! Thanks!

Perfect location!
My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for a week. It was just the right size and you can't beat the location if you want to be in the downtown Sitka area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated that the building was quiet too - never heard hallway noise or people in other rooms. Highling recommend this apartment. The hosts are there for you if you need them - easy to contact. We had a great experience.

Downtown Sitka
I stayed in the Lincoln street apartment for the month of June. The location is perfect - right downtown and walking distance to everything - restaurants, coffee shops and sights. It is right across the street from the public library in Sitka which is a real gem as well as Yellow Jersey Bike shop where you can rent bikes for the week or month - no car needed! Katy and Jack were easy to work with and her response time on the few questions I had was great.

Very comfortable and clean apartment centrally located. Was able to walk to many attractions and school events. A coffee shop is optimally located downstairs in the same building.
The bedrooms are separated by a partition type of wall, so not 100% private, but are very spacious and nice for families.
Have stayed here a few times and it's always been a good experience.

Lincoln Street Apartment
Great location downtown. Spacious apartment with large windows for great view and bright interior. Everything you need in the kitchen. A little noisy on Friday and Saturday night, but the beds were comfortable, hot water was plenty hot, and it was an all around great place to stay.

Perfect location! Apartment was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of mountains. Convenient laundry. Neighbor did play music a little loudly a few nights, but stopped by 11p. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, downtown and walking distance to everything! We had a car but really wouldn’t have had to have it with this location. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Very comfy sheets! Would definitely stay here again or at any of this owners properties! We loved Sitka!

I found it hard to get comfortable in the family room. Two couches without a comfortable sitting chair made for some restless moments. Direct T.V. choices were terrible, but I get it. Saving money is important for the proprietor.

Comfortable apartment with great location
This accommodation was great for us. We did not have a car, so the central location was perfect. Sitka is very compact and walkable, and our location right in the middle of downtown made it very easy to get groceries, eat in restaurants (including the one in the basement of the building), and just wander around to experience the ambience of the town and the harbour. The apartment was extremely comfortable and homely. It wasn't 'flashy', but everything you could need was provided, and it was a great place in which to relax after full days of experiencing all that Sitka has to offer. Katy was great to deal with - really responsive - and we really appreciated her flexibility with check-in and check-out times. We really liked this accommodation, and recommend it very highly.
