The location is great, water falls are very close. The staffs were super friendly. It's a great place for family. They have huge garden and well-maintained pool which makes the stay great.
The only problem we faced is the wifi connection, we were 16 people so we could only stay at the dormitory and there wasn't Internet available. And some of the beds were too hard and some people experienced back pain the day after.

Well located hotel. Nice & helpful staff.
Nice Indian breakfast included.
Expensive for what it is vs. What you can get in Kerala. Photos don’t really mirror the reality of the hotel, pool is small and somehow dirty. Rooms are ok but not bright clean either. And we had an entire bus of people at the hotel who just invaded the terrace and had super loud music up until late
