Relatively quiet place in Medan city. A lot of stalls and shops nearby. Hotel has a restaurant until 10 pm. Bed is spacious.
There was no water heater for my baby's milk. But there is a water dispenser outside the room. There is a persistent damp smell in the room and bathroom. Maybe they could fix the piping.. Mosquitoes are also everywhere. Dont forget to buy a Baygon at indomaret.

The entrance is lovely as well as the restaurant at the ground floor
Cheap and good location in a quiet area.
The tap is leaking. Seems it's not recent problem based on the sink, sad that an hotel waste that much water all the time... Need a lit bit of maintenance to reach a very good rating.

Room is clean, quite and staff are friendly.
I have request one roon in 1st floor but my request seems didn't delivery to the front office. I ask for it because I bring my parents that need special needs.
