Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Haldwani
The breakfast was a mess. A complete opposite of what Pots and Stones is. They really need to train their staff for breakfast.

Overall exceptionally great experience , (best chai I have had in haldwani )
Since it was only leisure based travel stay I would say need more visits to actually any bad experiences which I did not have and hope not in future

The location. Very centrally located
The cleanliness of the rooms! They were hell dusty. I am stickler for cleanliness, i could see dirt underneath the bed, that seemed atleast 20 years old.
We were a couple but they placed only one bath towel!
