Apartments are very nice and extremely clean. We had a large room (there was 4 of us but even 5 people could fit) with private bathroom. Furniture is not new but in perfect condition. Parking is convenient. Everything is well-organized and the host contacted us in our language. You could feel that they want you to have a good and non-problematic stay.
Around there is a bakery (we had breakfast there) but apart from this – nothing interesting. As a place to stay before and after Legoland – it is perfect. If there would be breakfasts there, I would say it is better than a hotel because we even had a small private terrace on the first floor (not sure all rooms have it). Hosts are very nice people, I wish everyone would be like them – the world would be then a better place. Legoland is close - some people wrote it is 15 minutes walk but I would say it is more.
Please remember there is no air conditioning (we did not need it, though) and a kettle inside. So just read what is there and what not and you will not be surprised.

15 min walk from Legoland, it's the main feature of the place. Host Karin was friendly.
During summer, it can be quite warm in the top floor under the roof.

The room is big and clean
The store for the window was broken and the bed were just in front of the big window so you had very early the light on the room. With the lights on in the evening, the people outside could see you. Not a nice feeling.
