Stylish 4 bedrooms air-conditioned apartment in the heart of Malta, offering the right combination to those who seek comfort, culture, sun and sea. Property is tastefully decorated, air-conditioned and finished to high specs. This stylish and modern apartment is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority and has a COMFORT Class Classification. It is situated on the second floor level, is served with lift and consists of a large fully equipped kitchen / dining room with seating for 6 persons and a conditioner, living room with a three and two seater leather sofa, a 32 'LCD TV and DVD player, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each), bathroom, en-suite shower, and front / back balconies. The apartment is situated close to all amenities and the main square in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, where one can truly unwind and home away from home. Property is centrally located at Haz-Zebbug - a typical Maltese village in the center of the Island of Malta, characterized by narrow winding streets and an imposing church set in a large square. Haz-Zebbug is an ideal base from where to explore the Island and all it has to offer. There are many historic sites, museums, nightlife, beaches and water sports facilities close by, car hire is reasonable and recommended. Its neighboring villages include Attard, Rabat and Mdina - the Silent City - a gem of architecture, art and history. Mosta famous for its Dome Basilica is also nearby. For the golf enthusiasts the Marsa Sports Club is only 5 minutes away by car. Those wishing to visit Valletta, the capital city, there’s an efficient bus service running from Zebbug to Valletta and vis-versa. Valletta: 7 km Mosta: 3.5 km Rabat & Mdina: 3 km Attard: 2 kilometres Golden Sands Beach: 8 km Ghar Lapsi Beach: 7 km Golf: Marsa Sports Club: 3.5 km. Notes to rates: weekly rate is valid for up to 4 persons and includes 10 kilowatt/hrs of electricity consumption daily. additional consumption will be charged at 20 cents per kilowatt/ hr. The monthly rate of Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April, May and June does not include water and electricity consumption. the months of July, August September have 10 kilowatt/ hrs of electrcity consumption per day. The apartment is not wheel chair accessible. This is a no smoking apartment pets are not allowed. Eco tax contribution : To collected at check in €0.50c per person for each night, capped at €5 for stays over 10 nights. Under 18 year olds do not pay eco contribution. Re.covid 19 protocol: Masks must be worn on check in and check out...only one person is allowed inside during check in....social distancing of 2 meters should be observed during check in and check out. Our stay was very nice. The flat is big and comfy for 7. The 2 bathrooms ans the air conditioning were a must and they were perfectly fine. Easy to park and shops nearby. Rita was very kind

This property is simply amazing! Clean and tidy with all the necessities of an apartment. Great kitchens, bathrooms, laundry facilities, street parking, secure and easy access to local markets, convenience shops, cafes and restaurants. We stayed recently for 7 weeks with an infant and it really was a home away from home. Located centrally in Malta it was easy to access all parts of the island and although we had a car, public transport was only minutes away. The apartment itself is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nice and relaxing! Rita is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure that the stay is a Comfortable one. She is literally a phone call away! I would highly recommend this property for stays in Malta and will definitely be back one day. Thank you Rita! This exceeded our expectations!

A total of 12 members of my family, including siblings, nieces, sisters in law etc. spent 2 fabulous weeks in Malta last month. I found this property on the website and it sounded great. After some e-mails from and to the owner we agreed to lease 3 of the four apartments and it exceeded our expectations. Neat, clean, quiet, well maintained and located in a central area of the island. We could drive to all the attractions tourists wish to see and a bonus was the delightful town of Zebbug. Local merchants selling fruits, vegetables, fresh fish, baked goods etc. early in the morning was most enjoyable. The people were very friendly and the owner answered all our questions.She also met us at the airport and led us to the property so we could get our bearings. We discovered great restaurants wherever we went and in particular the fish was wonderful. All of us would recommend this property to friends and relatives as the rooms were large, nicely furnished, with excellent kitchen & laundry facilities. It was for us a terrific vacation & a good bit of cred it goes to the owner for the wonderful accomodation we enjoyed.

Just returned from a delightful three week stay at this property. Rita was a gracious hostess and the apartment was everything as pictured. The town of Haz Zebbug was a delight complete with its old world charm and great coffee shop by the cathedral. Rita was most accommodating as to making our stay pleasant. She went out of her way to provide us with a bus schedule (definitely as assent) aand a listing of events for the month. Definitely recommend the Hypogeum, a visit to Gozo, and a sightseeing tour of the island. Traffic and driving can be a challenge to an American as they drive on the right side of the road and traffic signs are difficult to find. Would definitely recommend this apartment, Malta, and the lovely town of Haz Zeebug.

Our Malta experience was enhanced knowing that we had a modern, comfortable and convenient place to call home during our vacation. The apartment is set in a quiet neighbourhood but close to all of Malta.
Whether touring by car or bus we were always assured easy access to any part of Malta. The owner Rita went out of her way to help us orient ourselves with food, maps, information, transportation and general concern for our enjoyment. We were completely satisfied with our apartment in Haz-Zebbug!

We had five adults, two couples and a single, stay very comfortably in this apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the bedrooms are all very large. Beds were all comfortable, everything was in very good condition and clean. We even received a lovely welcome basket of goodies. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with both by email and then in person where she met us at the airport. Parking outside on the street was always available when we needed it, we had two cars. We found it very easy to navigate the whole of Malta from Haz-Zebbug because it is so central. The local town square is just five minutes easy walk to either get fresh food from the markets or a few pastizzi's or to catch the bus into Valetta (we decided this was the only place we wouldn't drive). The local butcher is just across the road and there are several corner stores very close by with all you could need. We didn't dine out in Haz-Zebbug, choosing to cook some of our meals and we certainly liked having an abundance of pastizzi's to choose from at the local shops. As per the listing it really is close to everything and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends who are traveling to Malta.

The property is first class. If I had to rate it against the 5 star hotel system, I would give it 6 stars. The place has been built with quality modern materials and the furnishings including the beds are top quality.
The place is larger than the photos depict and is a pleasure to stay at and relax.
Everything has that new feeling. The couches (sofas) are real leather and very comfortable. The TV is a full HD 32" LCD TV which is perfect for catching up with news or watching a movie.
The place is serviced with a modern lift or you can take the easy stairs (with auto lighting) if you wish.
Rita (the owner) was more than helpful with any questions or requests that we had and she even provided a complementary start-up grocery pack.
As most people searching for properties on the net, I wanted to be sure the photos were accurate, so I had my parents who live locally check it out before we booked. Their comments were "a 1st class place". A very accurate description.
The place is in a modern section of Zebbug with wide roads and plenty of parking if you hire a car. There is a bus service within a short walking distance. Zebbug is the centre of Malta and close to the the beautiful and ancient city of Mdina.
I loved the corner store (grocer) who was 2 doors up. Being able to pop-down for fresh bread and milk was brilliant. There is also a chemist, hairdresser and butcher very close by. The old part of Zebbug with narrow winding roads is only a 5 minute walk away.
A highly recommended place.
