The house was incredible and had so many things to do. We enjoyed ping pong, pool, and the giant Uno cards in the evening, along with the hot tub and fire pit. Our first morning there, we had 3 deer right outside. Clark and Stacy were very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. They were also able to give us some ideas of things to do and where to eat. My family has stayed at several VRBO houses and this one was by far the best! Thanks for everything!

We came back and we will come back again!! This is the perfect home for family gatherings. Spacious, well stocked kitchen, beautiful extra large dining table and bedroom with bathrooms galore. Although we missed having our favorite host, Keith, for taco night, it was a great addition to have the extra “apartment”. It was well used space for my daughters sweet little family of 5. The master bedroom was located on the main level and was perfect suited for my parents. In all we had 9 adults and 4 kids. Needless to say the kids had sleepovers every night!! There were so many fun toys and games, I don’t think we got to them all. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub and sauna daily!! The rocking chairs on the porch are simply the best! We can’t wait for our next trip back!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy all of the special pleasures of Mountain Manor! We ❤️ Mountain Manor!! PS. A big shout out of appreciation for Stacy. She was always quick to respond and take care of whatever we needed! She made our stay so enjoyable and easy!

Needed a place to stay relatively near Yosemite. This place was PERFECT for my family of 13 (6 kids). The kids LOVED the game room and the space (epic hide & go seek home). The adults LOVED the open living space (kitchen, living room and the XL dinning table). Stacy and Kieth are very responsive hosts and made us feel very at ease. Oh and... the south entrance to Yosemite (through the tunnel) has got to be up there with some of the most glorious sites on earth.

This home is absolutely inviting and spacious! The home was very accommodating for our large family. It has several gathering areas in different levels of the home, but our family seemed to prefer being together around the beautiful Xtra large table centered in the kitchen & main living area. Lots of sleeping accommodations for everyone. The extra convenience of having several full bathrooms throughout the home. The kitchen is fully furnished with various appliances, cookware and dishes everything you’ll need to prep and cook big meals with the family. We got to enjoy a little left over snow all around the home, I can only imagine how much more enjoyable it is during the warmer months with plenty of outdoor area and all the outdoor accommodations. Highly recommended for large families, plenty of space for everyone without feeling overly crowded. Thank you Keith & Stacy for your prompt responses to all our weather and road concerns and sharing your beautiful home with us, made it possible to create everlasting memories.

The home was perfect! Huge, very clean, well stocked, and in great condition. Fantastic home base for our group of 12 to enjoy Yosemite/Bass Lake excursions during the day and share a meal around the enormous dining table at night. Thank you Keith and Stacy for being gracious and generous hosts.

Great property with big spaces for our family to come together. Some spaces we enjoyed were the dinning/kitchen area- cooking together. Fire pit outside- singing and talking. Playroom-teens space for games.

Great stay during July 4th weekend. Very close to bass lake. There is so much to do In the home itself. The game room is awesome. Backward with fire pit was a hit. Had a great time watching the night sky and roasting marshmallows :). We had around 22 adults in our group and there was enough room for all of us to have enough space for each other. Never felt there wasn’t enough room in the house :). Thank you Keith and Stacy for being very responsive and making our stay very memorable. Everyone wanted to come back here for another summer. Hope to :)

The family and I had one of our best family reunions ever here. The manor was amazing, and the communication between us and the owners was great. We took advantage of all the amenities provided to us. WPlayed games with the family, barbecued lunch and dinner. Then at night used the fire pit in the back to sit around and make s’mores. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The huge table in the dinning area was Perfect for the 20 us that were there. Will definitely be using this manor again.

We held our family reunion here. Our group was eight adults and six children. The home suited us perfectly. Arrival and departure were easy and hassle free. Plenty of space to do everything we wanted. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of entertainment equipment for all ages. Want isolation, easy; want fun in a large group, easy. Internet bandwidth was sufficient for all our needs. Manager was very responsive to any needs. We enjoyed our stay of one week throughly.

Beds are comfortable, there is an unbelievably huge dining table all 14 of us could sit around comfortably (plus plenty of table space on the back deck and another dining table in the garage). Our family had a blast in the 3 1/2 car garage set up with table tennis, pool table, 3 frisbee golf goals to use outside, corn hole, yard-sized Jenga and Connect 4. The master suite/bath/closet is exquisite and opens out to the back deck. Our last evening there was perfect sitting around the fire pit under the stars. Two things to prepare for: 1) As it is any time you are out in the woods, plan to use bug repellent when you are outdoors. 2) It takes a bit of experimenting to figure out all of the light switches. If you have a group wanting to spend time together near Yosemite and Bass Lake, this house is for you…it is fabulous!

The house was roomy, each bedroom had its own bathroom. Large kitchen and dining areas, outdoor eating and gathering spaces with fire pit and BBQ grill. 2 sets of washer/dryers. Great for large family or multiple families with kids.

What a beautiful home in the mountains!! Wonderfully suited for our annual family vacation of 12!! Boy, did we hit the vacation rental home jackpot!! Keith, our host, has covered all the bases. His most recent addition is the huge, and I mean HUGE, dining room table. If it’s not updated in the photos… you will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive!! The bedrooms were spacious, 3 of which had a bunk bed for the kids AND a queen bed for the parents. All had their own bathroom. The master bedroom was big and cozy with a gas fireplace which made for the perfect bed time story telling spot!! We enjoyed the comfy fire pit on beautiful starry nights and spent lazy, relaxing days in the rocking chairs on the front porch and on the back patio watching the kids swing in the trees. We played ping pong, billiards, disc golf, jumbo Connect 4 and my personal favorite Patio Jenga!! There was plenty of great things to do, including a cabinet filled with board games. The kitchen was big and fully stocked for big dinner preparations and the refrigerator was surprisingly big! Turned the laundry room into the bar and brought a couple of ice chests for drinks!! It was perfect!! We packed a picnic lunch and enjoyed a short drive to Yosemite National Park. The views are spectacular and the walk around the valley floor was perfect for our little ones!! The home was very clean and communication was great! We can’t wait to return to this special home! We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Manor this past Halloween weekend. There were a total of three families with young children, and everyone had a great time. The house is spacious, well decorated, and loaded with games and entertainment. The owner and property manager are quick to respond, and very easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone hoping to travel with a large group.

We rented this property for our wedding in Yosemite. Our family absolutely loved this property and all of the amenities. Wish we could have extended our stay! Keith and Stacy were very responsive and accommodating to our requests before and during the booking process. DONT WALK. RUN AND BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

This place was truly amazing. A hidden gem to unwind and relax with friends and family. We planned a day trip to Bass Lake and this house was perfectly located. The owner Keith and Manager Stacy were so easy to work with and very personable. There was a nice bottle of wine and a hand written card when we arrived which was truly a nice gesture. Would love to come back again!

Keith is responsive to questions and very supportive in last minute changes. For example, I had to add some last minute guests...we know how that goes when an extra family members show up :) The house is well stocked with anything you need in your stay (trash bags, zip lock bags, paper towers, detergent, etc etc). Lots of activities like the picture shows...pool table, foosball, ping pong, etc. We have stayed at a few places through VRBO and this is the best home thus far.

Keith’s place was fantastic! The place was well-stocked with whatever facilities we needed, even including stuff we wouldn’t have thought of! Our group was 20 people large, but we still felt like we had ample space for everyone, and the whole place was clean. We also got to meet Keith on the first day, and he was a joy to talk to! He was also a great resource in figuring out things to do and trails to hike in the area - without his know-how, we might not have been able to have packed our schedule as well as we did. One of the highlights of our trip - an afternoon spent at Bass Lake - was entirely off of his suggestions! He was also very accommodating - we know that as a group of 20 cousins, we can be a little loud, but no issues from that ever arose. Staying at the Mountain Manor was nothing but an absolute pleasure - we would definitely recommend it, and would stop by again!

Our 4th of July weekend was awesome! We Loved our stay at mountain manor house. The house was clean and well equipped. The host made us feel very welcomed with our welcome basket and note.
