Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Loved the house...just a little far from the beach in the neithborhood especially with little ones. Pool wonderful...outdoor shower refreshing. Elevator a big plus....kitchen is terrific with good appliances and well equippped. All in all a fantastic week!

We decided in August to visit Corolla for a week in early September with my son, daughter-in-law, 2-year-old grandson, my mother, my husband and myself. We also brought our 2 dogs. We needed a house with an elevator for my mother, and we wanted a house with a pool that was relatively close to the beach. This house fit the bill in all these areas. While our group was small for such a large house, I would recommend it for large groups since almost all bedrooms have private baths and the kitchen is very well-equipped for a large group. There is a game room downstairs with a pool table and kitchenette along with a TV....perfect hang-out if you have teenagers. There is also a room with 4 bunks on the lower level, also great for children. The pool was very nice and refreshing. I would definitely recommend this house, though there was quite a bit of noise during the night the week we were there from a couple of houses close by.

We had a great stay at this lovely home!! Walk to the beach felt a little longer than it actually was because a large portion was sand. The home was large and comfortable for large groups!! The pool was beautiful!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Wine Down. There was more than enough room for our family, the bathrooms and elevator were a major plus! Location was perfect too. The only minor complaint is the screen porch has no screen and there were a lot of water bugs (we thought they were cockroaches!) on the decks at night which prevented us from enoying it, but not anything that would deter us from staying in the future. For an oceanside house with 7 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms you cannot beat this price! We will be back :)

Overall the property was as described, there was some trash outside and some of the rooms were a little dirty. Otherwise it was big with lots of seating and space and a nice walk to the beach. The only other thing was they replaced the AC during our stay and there were people in the house 4 days out of the week working on it.

Place was comfortable & clean. We enjoyed our stay very much !!! Only couple small things woulda made perfect .... TV’s on small side & trim Ming tree limbs by pool would make for more sunshine ! neither a major problem. We loved the place & had an amazing week !!!! Thanks for sharing your property !

House was exactly what our 15-person extended family needed; bedrooms, baths, common areas, etc. Beach was more of a walk than we've had previously in OBX and other places we've rented (Brigantine NJ, Cape Cod, Avalon NJ, Long Beach Island NJ) but was still doable. Kids loved the pool table, pool, having the two bunk rooms, etc. Could not have been better!
