Nestled in Galveston Island, this charming house for $409 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This Galveston beachfront home is the perfect vacation rental for the beach enthusiast! It showcases amazing beach views from both the deck and inside this approximately 2000 sq ft home. The large covered deck includes built in benches and comfortable chairs to watch and listen to the waves roll onto shore. It’s also gated so young children and dogs can stay safe. Inside enjoy beach views from the spacious living and kitchen areas as well as the master bedroom. The open floor plan and high pitched ceilings offer an airy feel to the clean, minimal style décor of the home. Like to entertain? The Beach House has that covered. The lovely open concept allows you to cook and mingle with your guests at the same time, plus there is plenty of seating to get everyone together for meal time. Also featuring an indoor bar complete with mini fridge, you’ll be mixing up drinks in no time! Grab your drinks and head downstairs where there is a built in bar area and picnic table, a great spot to get the family together for a BBQ, too. The yard is fully fenced. In the mornings before beach time with the family you might head downstairs to watch the sunrise while relaxing in the wooden swing. Getting to the beach is a breeze with a clear path to the beach from the house. After a long day of fun in the sun you can rinse off downstairs in the outside shower that has both hot and cold water. Dogs are welcome at The Beach House. The yard is fenced in. There is an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog and a limit of two dogs with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs. If you’re looking for a peaceful beachfront experience for your family vacation then look no further than The Beach House! Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Garage Access; Bar Sitting Area and Built-In Picnic Table; Outdoor Shower Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; TV and DVD in the living room; large dining table and kitchen island with additional seating. Master Bedroom has a King bed with full bath, TV and deck access. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, TV and bath. Bedroom 3 also has a King bed and TV; Bedroom 4 features two sets of Pyramid Bunks (2 Twins, 2 Fulls) and a TV; there are 3 roll-away beds in the closet. There is an additional shared hallway bathroom. Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available. Location: 16 mile drive to 61st Street; 19.5 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 15.5 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Notes: This property rents by the week only from Monday to Monday in the Summer months. The Beach House will work together with Front Row which is located directly next door and also The Perky Pelican, which is located directly behind this home. Perfect if you need more than one home(s) together! Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but Gary Greene Vacation Rentals is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Great house for size of our family. While house needs some updating in the kitchen mainly, it was comfortable and clean for us. Did not realize it was 20+ miles from main Galveston shopping and things to do but it was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

We didn’t even get 12 hours when a pipe broke. They asked us if we could fix and we did but when we did and turned it back on 2 more problems broke. So they moved us to another condo that was smaller. The condo was beautiful and nice and would have loved to have not had the problems we did on Christmas Eve. This was a one time trip because we paid a lot for it and it was disappointing. I had 10 people and 2 dogs shoved into a smaller house. At least we were all together is all I can say.

We stayed over Thanksgiving because we love winter on the beach. It could not have been more perfect. Great attention to detail. Anytime I looked for something in the kitchen I found it easily. The deck is awesome.

Beautiful large covered porch with amazing 180 degree beach view. Non drivable beach. 3 king bedrooms for parents. Kids enjoyed watching their shows and playing games in the bunk room plus door opened out directly to living room so adults could keep eyes & ears on them. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved having a fenced property. Only drawback is distance to town to enjoy the great restaurants & other activities Galveston has to offer. The living room couch only seats 4 people comfortably; however plenty of seating if you consider chairs around the dining table, and stools set up around the breakfast & wine bars. All in all Beach House has been best rental in Galveston for our family.

This location is amazing! Beautiful views, beautiful beach, beautiful breezes! The bedding and towels were wrapped and clean. The beds and pillows were all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has pots, pans, cups and utensils, but no oil/salt/pepper/foil. Not an issue but FYI if you plan to cook. We spent all of our time on the deck, but the house has a wonderful layout that leaves all guests with a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Highly recommend this place.

We had a nice relaxing 3-day weekend at this beautiful, clean and light filled house on the beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the roar of the gulf while we sat on the huge deck and enjoyed cocktails. I’d definitely rent again. The only problem we had was that two of the bedrooms were much colder than the rest of the house but we found nice thick blankets in the closet so we were fine. Lots to do and see in this area. We had a great time.

A piece of paradise
This property was even more wonderful than the pictures. The house had been freshly painted and looked nicer than the pictures.
Outdoors the top deck was covered to provide wonderful shade. It had 4 comfortable chairs, a long sturdy bench all the way across the railing and a table to eat and/or play games at. The outdoors ground level had a wonderful swing, a picnic table, and a private outdoor shower. The outside could not have been any better. They even had a hammock to hang upstairs which was used the entire week!
Inside there were 3 king beds and 1 bunk room. The comfort level of the mattresses were so-so, and the beds had cheaper quality linens. There were a lot of excess pillows and blankets though to meet your needs. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean from the bed and its own sliding glass door to the deck. Absolutely stunning.
There is one couch that seats 4-5 adults comfortably. We knew this based on pictures before our trip, so we brought camping chairs to use in the living room. When we watched movies in the living room at night we simply used the rollaway beds to lay on. The TV was small for a large group of people to see, but we didn’t come to the beach to watch TV. The views from the living room were breathtaking and the sliding glass door was insulated so well you couldn’t hear anything outside.
The bathrooms were all wonderful. 3 full bathrooms stocked with towels, blow dryers, and complementary travel size shampoo/conditioner.
The kitchen was stocked with proper cooking utensils and dinnerware. The cooktop has 5 burners which is great for a large group. If we used the oven we had to rotate the pan because it seemed the cook the food uneven. There was a great pantry cabinet to put all the groceries in.
Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would return. We do recommend that a few maintenance items be done like tightening the kitchen hardware (door/drawer pulls), door knobs, and the master shower door handle.
