Such a convenient, perfect location in the heart of Paris. Quiet inside, vibrant outside. Stay awhile and feel completely at home.

Lovely authentic apartment in a wonderful location. Good facilities in general but the water heater was malfunctioning on our stay. Would turn off after about 3-4 minutes in the shower. We tried several times with the manager to get this fixed and a plumber apparently checked it while we were out and said all was fine - but no change. We did ask the manager to test run the shower for at least 3-4 minutes but they must not have done so.

Perfect location on Ile St Louis. Easy check in process and clean rooms. Well appointed, tons of live music around the bridges and convenient to cafes.

Positives - The location and neighborhood are amazing! It was easy to get everywhere but the island made for a quieter place to retreat while still finding great food options. The space was also perfect for our group of 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids)! Note that the bunk bed room and one of the double rooms are connected.
Negatives - We essentially had no hot water in the showers! We tried everything and not one of us got more than 3-5 minutes of hot water. Also, when using the washer/dryer, there was no way to dry our clothes. While we understood that the dryer may not completely dry everything (even with the very small loads we did), it took several drying cycles to get them to the “damp” stage and no drying rack was provided to finish the process. We reached out to the owner two days in a row about these issues and it took a long time for a response. We did finally get in touch with a property manager who arranged for a plumber to check the hot water situation but it was not resolved before we left. For the cost of this unit, we expected hot water and more responsiveness from the owner.
