The receptionist and security guard were very welcoming. The facilities are great, comfortable big bed.
Our breakfast on the morning of check-out turned into a nightmare. I had only tea with milk, eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and bottled water before we left. About 1.5 hours into our drive to Sesriem, I was hit with severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. During the 4-hour journey, we had to stop multiple times because I was so unwell.
It was an awful and exhausting experience that completely disrupted our trip. Since I consumed nothing else that morning, I am extremely concerned about the quality and safety of the food served by your partner restaurant. This needs urgent investigation to ensure other guests do not go through the same ordeal.
