Located in Sea Colony, this lovely condo for $200 per night is a great option for your next break. Property Address: 502 Island House, Bethany Beach. Unit is a 3 bedroom condominium on the 5th floor of a beachfront building. Spectacular views of the ocean and beach from the master bedroom and living room. The 1/2 mile long private beach and huge swimming pool are steps away from your elevator. Three short blocks away is the world-class tennis community of Sea Colony. Tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, a bunk with full trundle and pull out twin bed in the third bedroom,. TV/VCR in living room and master bedroom. Have your breakfast on the spacious balcony while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean. Linens and towels as well toiletries are provided. Sea Colony is the premier family beach and tennis resort community located in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Owners and guests have exclusive access to a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 2 pools, 34 tennis courts, world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and the Freeman Fitness Center with an Olympic-size indoor pool and a variety of programs for every age. A Guest Badge fee (varying from $15.00 to $47.00 depending on the time of the year) has to be purchased for each person over4 years old to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, tennis courts, Gym, transportation system, and two parking permits. My adult son and I spent several days relaxing and looking at the ocean while staying here. There were no surprises - place is exactly as explained on the rental site. Everything was working well and access was easy.
It was off season and there were very few people at the whole complex.
As two people, we had plenty of room. would be limited the the dining table and on couch

Property was fine, albeit it a bit dated and not as clean as it could have been. I do recognize it’s difficult to keep a beach front property. the description is accurate, if you are looking for location, it’s great, but if you want a well appointed condo, you are likely better inland at Sea Colony for the same cost.

This was the PERFECT place for a girl's weekend in October! The condo had the most wonderful view and sounds coming from the ocean! The place was quiet, spacious and clean! We had 5 women staying over for two nights and we loved it! Shops and restaurants were only a 7 minute walk so once we parked the car that is where it stayed the whole duration of trip. Owners were responsive when I asked questions prior to renting and continued to be responsive with any questions I had after. I had zero reason to contact them once we arrives since everything was perfect! Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful unit and terrific hosts. Great communication before our arrival. While the unit is a bit dated, it was immaculately clean and impressively appointed. Great location on an almost-the-end unit gave us great privacy and stunning views of the beach. Plenty of towels and everything you might think you might need in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Easy walking to Bethany Boardwalk, plenty of restaurants, and other services. We were so impressed, we've already booked for next year.

This place was great! Location was right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The complex was great and we enjoyed all of the pools (indoor and outdoor) with our kids, although this was an additional fee through the complex, but well worth it. The condo was very clean, well equipped and got tons of light. Wonderful find in a great location!
We will deff be staying here again!

Communication was quick & easy. Keypad entry a plus. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of towels for a family of 5. A couple tea towels for the kitchen would be useful. Despite a sign to clean the dryer lint filter, it appears to not latch properly so as to actually collect the lint. The furniture is a bit shabby & none of the beds were comfortable. Our other Sea Colony rental fell through due to flooding from another unit & this was the only oceanfront option available. We had a great week & weren’t really lacking anything. I just find many of the rental prices exorbitant for what you actually get.

Very clean, great location and very thoughtful owner. The condo was very clean upon check-in and we really loved the location as it was so close to everything. We really appreciated the little things that were provided when we got there like a few dishwasher pods, a couple of trash bags and some other things we completely forgot. Thank you for an awesome week!

Condo was lovely, don’t think that is a queen bed in master br, seemed like a full size. Well stocked kitchen . Thanks for providing dish and dishwasher soap as well as TP. Was not clear on extra fees such as beach passes . Parking was an issue as well.

We enjoyed being right there beach, pool, shops, restaurant and a tram to drive us around. Beach view for beautiful sunrise and plenty of room to feel comfortable. Having linen and towels provided was very nice. Look forward to coming back.

Shopping Weekend
We love Bethany Beach for the relaxing atmosphere and the friendly people in this community. This property didn’t disappoint us. It was very clean and had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. The Sea Colony staff gave us some excellent suggestions for shopping for our new home. We come several time a year and definitely will return.

We loved the balcony with beautiful view, easy beach access and indoor pool & hot tub. The condo was not as clean as I would like (especially in kitchen and bathrooms) and had inexpensive kitchen appliances. Overall it was a good stay and we would consider visiting again.
