Nestled in Sea Colony, this attractive condo for $263 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. No elevators, walk right out to the veranda and beach!!!! This is the first year I've listed this property on VRBO, therefore there are only a few reviews. Escape to the beach with this updated first floor 2-bedroom (and den), 2-bath oceanfront resort condo! This coastal getaway's walk-out first floor patio provides easy access to Sea Colony's private beach beach and pools. A convenient one level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining area (with new overhead light), well-equipped kitchen (with granite countertops, plus Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with ice maker, Whirlpool glass top range with self cleaning oven and Keurig), den, full hallway bathroom (with granite vanity top) and two bedrooms, including the master suite (with a new chair, updated decor and its own private bath - also featuring granite vanity top). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (TVs in every room, including a Vizio 47" 1080p 120Hz LED Smart HDTV, Samsung 40" LED HDTV and Samsung 27" LED HDTV), 4 Blu-rays, Wii, Keurig, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in the bedrooms and den only, with tile in other areas. Parking Notes: Parking space #: Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please read the amenities list for what is included and not included. Linens are not included, but may be rented from our cleaning company up to 1 week prior to your arrival. Lovely place for 4 people. Everyone had space . The beach was minutes away from our 1st floor patio. Early October with nice weather provides peace and quiet along with most stores and restaurants open. We would stay again! Cooked breakfast in and found all cooking needs met.

Property was well maintained. Condo exceeded expectations. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything you could need. The condo was very clean and Donna, the host, was super responsive. Great stay and I will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed Our Stay but no towels or sheets until 8pm. Also, cleaning was only fair. Moldy shower curtain, light bulbs out and dripping sink. Cleaning and maintenance services need to improve. We expected better.

I stayed at this property with my 3 sisters for a "Sister's weekend" and it was perfect. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and roomy. Its location was perfect--so easy to walk out to the beach and only an 18-minute walk to the Bethany boardwalk. There were also 5 restaurants within walking distance. We totally enjoyed the weekend and I would book again.

We picked this so we could walk out to the beach without having to get to the elevator. Really helpful when you have young kids who may only want to stay at the beach for short periods of time. That worked really well. Slight down side: you are right over the parking garage, which, strangely can be seen from the bedroom window (not sure what the developers were thinking). That means the light from the garage shines in (we always bring a black out curtain and temporary hooks when we go to vacation rentals). You could also hear conversations below very well if you sleep with the windows open (as one does when staying ocean front). We were there off-season, so not a big issue. But i can imagine it could be disturbing in busier months.
Overall it worked out really well though. Hard to tell from pictures, but you can see the ocean well. The space was modern, clean, and comfortable. Third bedroom is basically a small den off the main living area, so something to consider if you plan to have kids in that room. Most sea colony places we have stayed are like this though.
Really bare bones: no sheets, no towels, no soap products, no paper products. Again, pretty standard for sea colony rentals around here. You can rent that stuff through the host, which worked well for us. Just FYI. All this is made clear clear in the posting so hard to hold that against them in terms of rating.
Overall: 4.5. Not quite 4 stars and not quite 5 stars. Would stay again though!

The property is very nice and comfortable, and most importantly it was clean! It's nice having the first floor access right out to the beach. There were however some significant inconveniences that I was unaware of prior to coming to stay. One being that the washer and dryer were not working. The owner indicated that she might be able to get into one of the other units to do laundry, but she never contacted me about that and I ended up needing to go to a laundromat. The other was a day without power because the power company decided early September was a good time to perform maintenance. I was promised a small refund for the inconvenience but haven't seen that yet.

The place was decorated nicely and very roomy. My only complaints are that the shower stall needs to be replaced and the dresser in the queen room. Other than that everything was fantastic.

The first floor, central location of this Sea Colony condo was ideal. Communication with the owners was easy and fast. We all had a wonderful time!

Nice spot right on the beach. I did feel like the cleanup process was a bit stressful upon departure and was not something I wished to partake in on vacation. Otherwise completely recommend!

Bethany Beachfront
Property was perfect for our family of 6. Loved the beachfront location, which allowed us a great view of the ocean, even though chilly and rainy several days during our May visit. Condo was clean, comfortable and kitchen well stocked for meal preparation. We enjoyed amenities throughout Sea Colony as well as close by restaurants. Property manager was great and instantly answered our various texts and emails. We would definitely return to this property!

I took my terminally ill mother here for a long weekend. I don’t think I could have found a more perfect place! It was so cute and spacious. It was also extremely handicapped accessible which is almost impossible to find. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be staying here again! The owner, Donna, was so sweet and communicative. One of my best trips by far!

The location cannot be beat! Literally steps from the beach and pools! Host was very responsive and texted us updates regarding the property, and offered an early check in, since it was ready for us a bit early. We certainly appreciated that. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Excellent location
We would stay at this property again because of its location and off season rate.
The beds were comfortable and the TVs were a great bonus for the evenings.
The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, pot and pans etc, but was lacking a few other items we would consider basics. There was no dish detergent, so we had to purchase that or leave dirty dishes. It would also have been helpful to have foil, plastic wrap, or even some cooking oil on hand.
The check in directions were wordy, repetitive, and down right confusing. It would be much simpler to say the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe check in is to the left of Fins Restaurant. The property location is behind Dunkin.
We would have liked at least a bath mat so when we got out of the shower, the floor wasn't cold and wet.
The location and amenities were wonderful, though we were surprised at the registration fee and did not remember reading about it beforehand.
