Next to the area we needed to be for the concert
The pool was down and the outside needs some nicer features to show what is inside the building is wonderful . Benches and trees:) no garbage outside?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable - we stayed for a total of 3 nights spread over 2 weeks.
Short of staff - restricted breakfast service on the first 2 mornings and they ran out of orange juice - kitchen chef was off sick. When we came back for the 3rd night stay, the chef had quit at short notice and there was even less breakfast available. This was a problem as on a Sunday morning at 9 am, there wasn’t really any alternatives in Helena.
The courtesy airport shuttle was not available to us and we had to call an Uber - this again was due to staff shortage and no one being able to cover the front desk - this was a key feature as part of the booking decision as Helena airport does not have taxis.
