A lovely small family-run hotel, conveniently located in a charming town by Lake Constance, just about five minutes from Meersburg by bus. We received a very warm welcome, and the hotel is also dog-friendly, which was important for us.
We definitely recommend having dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which is also part of the family-run hotel. We also booked breakfast and were very happy we did — it was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety.
The hotel is quite small, and so are the rooms. Ours were on the top floor under the roof. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was positioned directly towards the bed, which was not very comfortable. The bathrooms are also rather small. There was a small fridge in the room, but unfortunately it wasn’t working during our stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Dinner was very good and the talks with the owners were very pleasant, interesting and warm.
We had a room on the second floor, overlooking the busy street (airco on, windows closed and you hear no traffic!), but also the beautiful Bodensee.
The hotel is not state of the art / fashionable, but all is very well maintained and really clean!
And it sounds crazy, but much better towels compared to the big hotel chains
The matras was a bit too soft for us, but that's personal preference

Sehr herzliche Mitarbeiter, gemütliches Restaurant mit leckerem Essen, bequeme Betten, weiche Handtücher, zuverlässige Klimaanlage.
Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bodensee, in der Umgebung viele Restaurants, Cafés und eine süße Bäckerei

Prenotato per una persona, avevo comunicato di avere un altro ospite con me..mi è stato fatto pagare 20€ in più per "fornitura lenzuola" che non avevo richiesto. La stanza è davvero minuscola mentre il bagno è molto grande...
Mi era stato promesso di avere la possibilità di lasciare le biciclette dentro la cantina e invece mi hanno fatto mettere le bici fuori...
Prezzo alto per la struttura.
