The check in/out was simple. We liked the size of the property and fact it had two restrooms. We also like the fact it had washing machine and dryer.
The free parking was also much welcome as other hotels were charging $25-30 a night.
The location is fantastic as it never took. Us more 18 mins to get to the furtherest Disney's theme park. Most of the are within 15mins drive.
Being British we wished the property came with a kettle as we drink tea not coffee. Also another area of improvement would be if the restrooms came with bleech and toilet brushes
we would consider using this property again.

Be mindful of paying the pet fee on Vrbo… As they were absolutely collect it at the front desk. Therefore, if you paid on Vrbo, you will be paying it twice.
Otherwise It was a great stay – location of property, pool for relaxing – had everything we needed. It was great for traveling with pup and hitting the parks!

We will definitely be back. The unit was very clean and had everything you might need. It was very close to the parks and shopping. What can I say about the amenities! There were multiple pools, a game room, 24 hour front desk, a little convenience store, free onsite parking and someone to help you book your theme park tickets. The hot tub was the best after running around the parks all day. Book it you will not be disappointed

Came to visit Orlando with my parents and my children. It was an expensive to stay at this resort. They had paddle boating, a large, swimming, pool, a bar, restaurants, basketball court, etc. It’s also surrounded by a lot of attractions and shopping and restaurants.

Overall the property was what we needed. Location is great, we were able to get a ground floor upon request and having a kitchen was very useful. A few things to improve upon would be updating the living room furniture and working on the hot water temperature. At full blast hot water it was just above luke warm. Not enough for a good, hot shower. That needs to be improved upon. The beds were very comfortable.

Within 15 minutes of Disney, Universal, Outlet Mall, Sea World, and lots of other attractions. Condo was clean and offered lots of amenities on site. The only negative was I paid a pet fee in advance. When I arrived the condo said they never received the pet fee from the owner, so they charged me an additional pet fee. I emailed the owner with a copy of the receipt asking for a refund and I never received a response.

My FAVORITE stay by far!
I booked a girls trip for my daughter's and wanted something a little more than a hotel. This was PERFECT! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plenty of clean towels, spacious rooms, baths and kitchen. Spotless! Perfect for Disney
First, let me say we would stay here again but there were a couple of things that were less than stellar.
Positives:
Comfy Beds
Plenty of Room
Allows pets
Short drive to Disney Parks
Large kitchen
Has everything you need as far as washer and dryer, cookware, serving ware, etc
Cons:
No elevator. If you are on 3rd floor, it can be a hike to get luggage up.
Floor was dirty when we arrived. Just a lot of dirt but not super bad. My mom swept and mopped it, so it was fine.
Air condition was not working properly but they fixed it immediately which was good.
I know this was not their fault but was a real bummer to us (would only affect you if you have a pet with you). They conducted fire drills while we were there and it cut out a lot of our park time because we needed to stay with the dog so she wouldn’t get scared. I guess it was just our unlucky day. Park tickets are so expensive and it caused us to miss half a day.

We have fun so much and thank I for understanding we are deaf but the best we can have fun. Also follow to rules. We could like to happy for have fun with swimming and Easter Day. That will be nice hotel there.

It would have been nice to have had an extra chair in the living area but we made it work. My only “complaint” is that without housekeeping (which I knew in advance and was fine with) cleaning supplies would have been nice in order to cleans the counters and the table.
Resort is 11 min from Disney and super easy to navigate. I would definitely stay again!

Our overall experience renting this property was just fine, however I was on crutches having recently had knee surgery and was told they had no ground floor units. So the first night of the stay I had to traipse up the stairs on crutches but they were kind enough to move us to a ground-floor unit on the second day for the remainder of our stay!

Nice condo/timeshare
The property was nice, 7 minutes from Disney Springs and conveniently located to get to Disney World. This is a time share property, which means you have full access to many amenities you might not get elsewhere. I would definitely recommend if available.

Great property!
Everything was just as described and this unit is right next to the pool. It was a great location for our basketball tournaments Easy checkin and checkout. I highly recommend if your in the area!

HVAC & Kitchen Issues
The HVAC has some sort of remote control system that automatically cuts the heat on when outside temps reach 55°. This sucks when it is hot in your room and you have no air conditioning and I dont want to sleep with windows open.
Only one small pan in a full kicthen makes it hard to cook meals.
Rooms were clean, beds slept great decor was modern.

A little confusion in the beginning but our brief stay was good.
We had some trouble getting checked it because of the front desk not handling the reservation properly but our host reached out quickly to remedy the problem.
