Great area and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
A little issue was when the AC would turn on in a room, you would hear a clicking noise but that’s not a big issue for me and will be booking at this location again in the next 2 weeks

Location.
Service could be drastically improved. Housekeeping is only provided after seven days of stay, which is far below the standard most guests would expect. Wi-Fi is only complimentary for basic communication, with full access requiring an additional charge.
Some rooms are located directly along a public road, which raised concerns about security and privacy. The property also lacks an in-house restaurant and an elevator, which may be inconvenient for many guests.
Most concerning, I saw two baby snakes near the pool area, where there is dense landscaping and many flowers. I immediately reported this to the staff, but the response appeared dismissive, with little sense of urgency. This left me genuinely concerned about the safety and security of guests, particularly families with children.
