It was our first time travelling to Disney World so we decided to stay at the Hilton as it was a really short walk to Disney Springs. We had a great stay the whole time, no concerns with cleanliness or anything else related to the room. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly & helpful :).

this is a great property. the staff is helpful. i love that they text and offered for me to text if i need anything (more toiletries, towels, garbage taken out etc.). the disney bus is a great perk and runs often enough to plan your day around. very close proximity to disney springs if one wants to explore / dine etc.

Check in was easy. I called ahead because we were arriving after midnight & had no problem with our room. Food & choices were excellent. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but good food. We could walk to Disney Springs which was a huge plus. Very clean hotel.

Very disappointed. We have stayed in numerous places via this app and this by far was the biggest let down. The smell of mold/water was unbelievable. There was evidence in the ceiling which I neglected to photograph. Just very disappointing especially on Disney property

Overall great hotel. My only issues were a very uncomfortable bed, pillows flatter than the earth, and towels about as luxurious as 120 grit sandpaper. The proximity to Disney Springs can’t be beat. Transportation is updated and bigger buses are available now. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. We did have 1 issue, a party in the suite next door to us was blasting music and banging on the walls. we called security and they came up but the party continued. We called back down and the manager Courtney was incredible quickly helping us move rooms to a quieter space. The hotel also comped my resort fees which I appreciated. In terms of appearance; the hotel is beautiful but The rooms are a little dated and some of the usb ports did not work. The hotel overall was a great stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the transportation to Disney was seamless and enjoyable, and the proximity to Disney Springs meant you were never far from great food, shopping and entertainment. Kudos to Courtney, Jada, Crystal, and Oscar for the above and beyond service. We will definitely return to this hotel again! :)

This is a great location, close to Disney Springs (walking distance). The Service was great and the lobby, restaurant, and market are warm and inviting. The rooms can certainly benefit from a refresh. Walls can use fresh paint (to cover stains) and curtains are pinned with zip ties and safety pins.

Finally a weekend getaway for me and the hubs! Checking in was easy, valet was quick and easy. We ended up with a handicapped room? I wasn’t a fan of it. The shower curtain was too short for the roll in shower so everything else that wasn’t put up in the bathroom got wet when the shower was in use. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy, and their was very little lighting in there too. Terrible for me to do my makeup with. There was a full length mirror in the foyer of the room but no light in the foyer. The bed was pretty firm. And there was a ticking noise all night from something I never figured out what it was. It was nice the hotel was walking distance to Disney Springs. And very close to a lot of restaurants outside the Springs. I would give this hotel another chance but would definitely request to not have a handicapped room unless I actually needed it.

It is close to Disney Springs. The room air conditioning is very bad, the lowest temperature allowed is 68 degF and we were sweating at night.

If well kept, maintained and managed, this place could be awesome due to how spacious it is. The cafe/restaurant was so expensive in relation to the quality of food served… the salad is literally fresher -and cheaper- at Wendy’s. I was terribly dissatisfied with how old and dingy it felt. AVOID!!!!

The hotel was ok for the 2 nights we stayed. Our was fine and quiet. The hallway floors were not vacuumed. I feel the resort fees are a bit much for free bottle of water and a coffee. The additional $25 per night to park is also a bit much and should be disclosed before booking. It is a very convenient location and the free Disney shuttle was great although our bus did break down on the highway to Epcot and we lost out on the early entrance to the park! It didn’t stop our fun!

staff are not so welcoming. no options to eat lunch. i asked a staff not really helpful. they way they respond as if they only know their own task but could not help on other things.. i will not recommend to my friends in Canada. rate too expensive for a crappy service..

Spent 3 days requested shower gel first day, never got one, the second day, still no shower gel in dispenser. Called third time which they took forever to send up. Third night housekeeper left toilet paper wrapper in bathroom and did not leave tissue paper. Conditions of hotel are worn would not consider staying there again. The good close to Disney springs, really close.

The staff is very friendly and I even check in early cause my flight have change I was able to check in at 10am where can you go stay at to check in that time!!!!!! They front desk staff understand and I was able to get a room at that time !!!! Will be going back again and the pool and jacuzzi is a plus it was heated well during my family stay in December…. I would recommend anyone who is going to Disney spring area, to stay here!!👍

I wish there was a way to know if the hotel is going to charge for parking and “resort” fees. Expedia told me that the total for our 2 night stay would be $350. When we got to the hotel, we found that we have to pay $25 per night to use their parking lot. In addition, we had to pay a $35 per night resort fee. When I asked what that was for, I was told that I got a “free” cup of coffee and a water every day. Sure would be nice if Hilton could be ethical and tell me in advance that they were going to include these fees so I could make a more informed decision about whether or not to stay there

I found this gem by accident and it was amazing. Walking distance to Disney springs and you have a shuttle that takes you to the park and brings you back. You don’t need a car to get around because of the location of the hotel. Everything is there for you. I will reserving my Disney stays at this hotel moving forward. Very happy!

We had 4 rooms. They most definitely! need better lighting in the bathrooms, hallways by the full mirror and corner of rooms opposite of the window. Also larger trash cans and upgraded pillows.

We like that the hotel was located Disney's Buena Vista Hotel Plaza. Several places you can walk to and eat or shop. The Hotel is not what it used to be. Our room was nice but the A/C would shut-off at night and it would get warm and turn on/off by itself. The Wall Temperature control did not work and the bathroom shower was very slow to drain. We were to tired to go complain about it, we only stay 2 nights. But we don't plan to stay their again.
