The location was really convenient! Close to plenty of Disney's attractions including Disney Springs. The front desk attendants were really personable and knew the area well! My children loved the balcony overlooking the pool, and enjoyed that amenity. They even allowed us to stay on property after check out to enjoy more the amenities.

Location
The hotel does not change any of your bedding for 5 days at a time which I think is extremely unhygienic.
The WiFi is very slow,
The tv is outdated
The carpets need cleaning in the bedrooms
The shower curtains need changing
The food from the bar / lounge area is not nice
The beds are uncomfortable
The fridge is the room is extremely noisy
