Love this hotel location! The beds are so comfortable, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Many conveniences in their grab-n-go shop. Can walk across the street to Disney Springs! Highly recommend!
I had to request a new coffee maker for the room as it was broken. The door was difficult to shut as the door lock mechanism was sticking and we had to jiggle the door handle and shut the door multiple times to activate the door lock mechanism so we could properly shut and lock the door upon coming and going from the room. I do wish as humid as it is there in Florida that the hotel would install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room became very muggy at night due to the heat and humidity. It's still my favorite hotel to stay at, just a strange room experience this trip.

Loved the location and the pool was awesome rooms were nice
The pool staff was rude we waited 45 minutes to be served and the cafe staff refused to let us use the microwave in the lobby cafe even tho the front desk said I could I messaged the property about it they said they would talk to the cafe the next day there was even more signs about not being able to use the microwave unless I bought it from the market

Close to Disney Springs. Added buses were good, but scheduling them was a bit of a pain.
Elevator I needed to use was shut down for service use halfway through my stay. Had to figure out another way to my room.

Location … close to Disney springs
Room felt like a basement. Swamp cooler noise. Felt pressured to check out early. Timeshare salespeople pressure. Staff did not explain how to get to room.
