Great location across from Disney Springs
It’s kinda a pain getting in and out of self parking. And it’s $38 per night for self parking

It was very comfortable, and the location was great for what we were doing. Walkable to Disney Springs, and shuttles to and from the other Disney Parks.
On the morning we left, we noticed there were tiny ants all over the counter/desk area by the television in the room, even though we didn't have any food out. We told housekeeping and the front desk, but since we were leaving that morning I don't know if it was resolved or not.

Good location, beautiful pool and very relaxing atmosphere!
Not anyone’s fault but coming home at 1:45am after spending all night at the parks it was a bummer to make it all the way to our room to learn the battery in the doors sensor had died and we were locked out.

Location
Lack of security especially in lifts as anyone could enter the hotel corridor.
Nightmare amount of extra conferences and I would not use this hotel again due to amount of non staying guests
