The balcony eoom had no scenery, the room was near an icemaker, tons of noise. We requested a room change because we could not sleep and ended up loosing the balcony and large bathroom. This was our anniversary. We were a little disappointed but the customer service did their best to fix it.

I will never, ever stay in this hotel. It is one giant ant hill and reminds me of Dante's "Inferno." Just had an awful time and felt like I was in a dystopian movie and will not get into the details here, but I would never recommend this ant hill of a place to anybody.

This hotel was awesome, we went there hoping that the price we paid for was worth the experience and it was!!!! We were there for a couples getaway but it is definitely family friendly so hope to be back soon with our babies 10/10 ⭐️

Started off with a $25 a night parking fee that I still have not seen on my reservation that existed. The staff was very nice and friendly but the room was not what the photos showed at all, very outdated the bed in my reservation said a queen it was not!!! The bathroom was dirty marks on the floor tissues looked used. I went to ask for it to be cleaned and not much difference aside from they sprayed some smell good stuff. The shower door did not close all the way just would swing back at you.We had a fireworks view that really didn’t show fireworks and to park was a little hectic and far especially when spending $25 a night to do so. Not at all the Hilton experience I expected.

Staff was great. The pool is the crown jewel of the resort. The rooms are somewhat old and probably ready for a renovation. The bar and food is extremely over priced, but everything around Disney is.

Rooms were very clean and the front desk staff was amazing! We stayed here after getting off of a cruise and had someone in our party have a medical issue happen that caused us to change our plans and need to check in early. They worked hard to help us so that we could get that person to their room. Love how close it is to Disney Springs too! Will definitely stay here again.

As Hilton honors , water was not offered at check in, late check out was not available digital key did not work and room fridge was not working . I expected better from Hilton. Location was convenient for our weekend stay , I will not be visiting this property again.

The room appeared clean, but was not vacuumed during the 3 days and 2 nights we were there. There were 3 small pieces (about 1/4" wide by 3/4" long) of plastic on the floor the day we arrived and there when we left. No hand lotion in the wall container during our stay. The sheets didn't fit the king bed. The tile and tile grout on the balcony were cracked in multiple places and the lock on the balcony door didn't work. Not what you'd expect from a Hilton hotel that cost over $300 a night. Also beware of online pricing not being fully disclosed. Room was advertised at$186 per night, but after adding taxes, a resort fee and self-parking charge, it totaled $314.

Pros- convenient shuttle to Disney, plenty of dining options at the hotel and nearby at Disney Springs, friendly staff Cons- We stayed in the Tower, which is sort of like an Embassy Suites in that it has an open construction and view down to the lobby. There is a bar in this area (Sunnies) and it is noisy at night, so if you’re worn and ready for sleep, reserve a room in a different area.

The location is the best part of this hotel. Right across the street from Disney springs! Good shuttle service and on time to the parks. Good hotel pool that was heated!! Had a drink at the hotel lobby bar while we were there and it was good, the grab and go type service restaurant was very convenient and handy for anything you wanted and the hours were really good too! Overall enjoyed this hotel, the room was cool with almost a suite like two room in one type layout. Will definitely stay again for a longer than a weekend stay!!

So we booked the hotel for a trip to Disney. The room smelled damp, the toilet was wabbely, so it made a lot of noise when you sat on it, and stood up. And the Security box didnt work. I complained three times, but nothing happend. In bad shape for that Price range, but the kids loves the lazy river

I love staying at this hotel with my family. It’s super clean, safe, close to Disney springs, shuttles to the parks. Concierge was great and the hotel chat was very quick to respond and very helpful. Great place to stay!!

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were on the small size but fine. I paid extra for epcot veiw of fireworks not worth it at all an shouldnt be a selling point . Also the staff wasn't that friendly nor new answers to simple questions ( like where does Mears buses pick up) I never received a receipt or anything after I checked out.

Stay away! We had to cut our trip short due to the conditions at the hotel. Family of four with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We were placed in a room facing the atrium only to learn music in the lobby continues until 11 pm! Then loud noises from rooms. Our kids didn’t sleep all night with the front desk manager disregarding our pleads to ask the bar to lower the volume of the music. Ruined our park experiences.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but this time, i have to. We've stayed here through all their remodels. Even after they got rid of the Brazilian steak house, during the pool reconstruction, but this was by far the worse. Upon checking in, we were tild we were getting "upgraded" to a suite on the island part of the property. We always booked tower for the view, but the property overbooked. We made an attempt to plea our point, without getting to heated, but to no avail. At this point we just accepted our fate and took the room, what else could we do. The only highlights were the access to the pool was closer and Disney Springs is a few less steps. Other than the check-in, the rest of the staff were nice. Other than the "pandemic" we've stay here every new year. This is the first time we're going to rethink where were staying next year.

DISGUSTING! Do not be fooled by the property pictures! The rooms are old and moldy. Our room had thick dust on everything, pubic hair on the toilet, paint is peeling, mirrors are chipped and cracking. It’s $25 daily to self park plus the daily resort fee. Staying in a tent would have been nicer than this place! Don’t waste your money!!

I was definitely fooled by the pics. The lobby looks like they’ve put money into vamping it up but the rooms are old and crusty. The bathroom mirror had chipped edges, the walls were gross and the door itself was pealing on the edges from being so moist and old. The beds were terrible, like sleeping on bricks. The air conditioning barely worked in our room. I would never stay here again. If I had to stay here longer than 2 nights I would’ve left for another hotel.

Great location. Pool with lazy river and hot tub were wonderful for the kids. They do need to replace the tubes for the lazy river, they were dirty and deflated. Check in was easy and staff responded to all questions and requests quickly. Room was old and not as clean as it should have been. We have stayed at this hotel before and our room was much nicer for that stay. So easy to get to Disney springs and other Disney areas.
