The property was beautiful and the rooms were spotless and so spacious. The bar/restaurant was also excellent. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast included was definitely a bonus. We were also given drinks tokens to be used at the bar/pool bar which we weren’t expecting. The shuttle bus to the parks was prompt at the hotel and at the parks.

Staff was very friendly. Location was great (walking distance to Disney Springs). The glass elevator for the higher floors was pretty neat (and we liked the express aspect). Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. And the theme was cute and cozy but still chic.

location to Downtown Disney & Outlet Mall is exceptional
the King Room w/Balcony overlooking Pool is an annex from the main Hotel Bldg; the air conditioning (in the middle of July) was sub par... i had it on the lowest 65 setting with the highest fan setting and still had problems sleeping as it was way too hot for me, and the patio furniture was not clean (okay for wet bathing suit but not for morning coffee in pj's)
