La posizione è ottima. In centro a Kotor puoi girare anche alla sera in mezzo alle viuzze e ai locali aperti fino a tardi. Inoltre, l’ingresso per accedere alle scale per la fortezza di San Giovanni è a pochi metri.
Letto molto comodo e cuscino morbido.
Wifi ok.
La colazione non era male (cappuccino, spremuta e crêpes alla nutella) anche se avrei preferito qualcosa di più salutare.
Mi è sembrato tutto sommato un posto tranquillo.
Lo staff parla un po’ di inglese.
Ho pagato in contanti per il check-in nonostante sul sito fosse scritto che la struttura accettasse le carte di credito :(
In bagno la doccia non aveva una tenda o una porta, perciò l’acqua è fuoriuscita bagnando tutto il pavimento.
Scelta limitata per la colazione. I piatti vengono preparati al momento (uova strapazzate o al tegamino, crêpes…), non c’è un buffet.
Il personale mi è apparso un po’ freddo nei modi ma cordiale a suo modo.

The breakfast was great - plenty of choice and wholesome. The location was excellent.
I thought that there would be someone at this accommodation during daylight hours. This was not the case.
The room was small, but functional except that there was a hot water heater right above the toilet. It was difficult to avoid hitting ones head on it.

Excellent location
Room very small. We was on top floor and it had a very low ceiling above your head where you sleep meaning it was very easy to bang your head.

Location in the heart of the old town
Breakfast choices
Avoid room 402. No window apart from a tiny skylight that I didn't want to risk opening because it looked so dirty inside and out that I was worried a lot of muck would fall onto the bed. So no ventilation. Tiny room with only a small area tall enough to stand up in. Beds crammed under the eaves. Tiny bathroom not very well maintained with a nasty drain smell. Generally a bit grubby and not a pleasant place to be. The restaurant terrace was a great spot for breakfast but again everything unpleasantly dirty. Menus, oil and vinegar bottles, salt and pepper pots all coated in grime. Everything in need of a good clean. We paid 120 euro for one night which was incredibly poor value for the room we got. Maybe other rooms are better but avoid 402.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean but dated. Pillows very thin. Towels old and rough.

Location. Right in old town, close to everything. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The breakfast was very nice as well. Frigobar to put drinks. We could pay online (most of the places I saw in Montenegro accepted cash only). The bed and pillow were comfortable. In June it was not very noisy, even for the location.
There’s no division between shower/bathroom, so whenever you showered everything got wet. The bedroom is very small, we ended up with a bedroom different from the photos. The window from our bedroom wouldn’t close. There was no signs for us to hang at our door asking the cleaning lady not to enter our room.

The location is simply perfect! :)
The hotel doesn't seem to have any visible Green Policy on display. Shameful polluting single-use plastic packaging for toiletries in the bathroom, single-use plastic cups, with a further plastic wrapping around them. Everybody knows the damages to environment and future generations of these things, it is not respectful towards guests and society to still use them and pollute this way.
Breakfast is minimal, simple, with barely few slices of vegetables, and looking somehow different than in the pictures in the menu, haha (see the picture attached).

it’s location and price
It was dark and had no view. most importantly we asked to get our breakfasts in a packet the next morning because we had to leave early and we didn’t receive it or had any news about it.

good place, but disshonest owner
my ferry, from Bari, was delayed 1 day, so they moved my reservation, but charged 50% additional for the movement (while down season).
Asked me to pay cash.
1 day later I received a claim from Booking.com. they pretend to charge me again because No Show.

Location
The hotel is well located as many in old town,however the room had serious issues with the noise from other guests and from outside.
The TV was locked and after requesting the reception to try to fix it,the lady was a little upset and uncomfortable with that request and simply told me she would have a look on the following day,but it simply ignored. The room had no WiFi signal, I just survived with the restaurant downstairs.
Very unfortunate experience.

Running water noise through the walls. The restaurant just below our room was noisy (business) till late night. Furniture is dated.

the hotel was fairly dirty and disheveled, lights missing covers, an outlet that shocked me, and a dirty bathroom. the Wi-Fi was also very bad and the hot water didn’t last long at all

So the hotel is in old building in the city center. That's good, everything is near. That's all the pluses.
City center means - parties all over ne night on every corner - you will hear all of them)
No slippers.
Not painted walls (reconstruction is in progress).
No separation between shower zone and other bathroom- after shower, water is everywhere. ( really just a simple curtain for 20 EU is needed!! ). We needed to put towels on the floor just to walk.
Poor breakfast, just 2 eggs, a little ham, bread and drinks, nothing else.
Really not the best place for stay, even for 1 night.

Filthy linens, they looked like they did not change them at all, hairs on the sheets, hair on the empty toiletries they provided, they put us in a dungeon like attic for a family of 4. it was gross.

On our 10-day road trip though the Balkans, including Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, this hotel was the single biggest disappointment. It is not a bad property per say and the location is super prime, but that's about it. Read below.
We were made to feel completely disposable as guests through rude attitude by staff, and repeatedly being given wrong information or lied to for no good reason. We checked in 20 mins after the allocated time, which I communicated well in advance. The restaurant was still open when we arrived so all the staff was still there, yet, a short-haired blonde lady at reception acted as if she was doing us a huge favour by checking us in. She also told us where to park our car, insisting to respond in Serbian to my asking in English.
Next morning I was served breakfast with some attitude by a mid-aged guy with black beard who made me feel uncomfortable for daring to browse the menu. Same guy refused to take my credit card when paying for our room, citing internet issues. We had no issues in the room, except the internet connection in the whole hotel generally being bad, so I thought that strange, but I went to withdraw cash (for a hefty fee) anyway. When I returned, there was a new lady at reception (the only nice person we met in the hotel). I told her I need to pay. Much to my surprise, she replied "cash or card?" I said card, she pulled a terminal and it was all done with a tap. Why!? To save 1.5% card fee?
Remember the car? We found it where we left it, where we were told to park, with not one, but two €60 penalties. So no, this property doesn't have free parking despite being advertised as such. If they do, they didn't offer it to us.
Last but not least, it didn't help that we booked a room in the loft. The pitch is so low, the room is barely usable. I am tall, very tall, so my range was literary two feet from the door. The rest is dead space with one single bed in our room practically unusable. This room also had two small windows only, both at the height of my feet, so all the excess heat from the entire structure was building up in our room under the pitched roof. The aircon did help, though, with that and the damp smell.
