The property fell short of expectations in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and basic facilities!

Very good location.

Unfortunately, the property was not as clean or well-maintained as I would have expected. During our stay, I repeatedly found hair that appeared to have been left by previous guests in different areas of the accommodation. For hygiene reasons, I also expected there to be a mattress protector between the mattress and the bed sheet. Instead, it appeared that the sheet was placed directly over the mattress, which did not feel particularly hygienic. The bathroom bin pedal was rusty and visibly worn, and as a result, it did not feel pleasant or practical to use. In the kitchen area, the rubbish bin is also open and located in the same room as the beds. This means that any smell from the rubbish can easily spread throughout the sleeping area, which is not ideal. The accommodation also did not fully match the impression given by the photos. I expected the property to feel more lively and welcoming, particularly with the greenery/plants shown in the advertised photos. In reality, the space felt much more basic and lacking in those details. The bathroom also has very limited storage or space for toiletries. There is nowhere convenient to hang or place shower gels, shampoo, or other personal items, meaning that you essentially have to leave them on the floor. There is only a very small area next to the sink, which is insufficient if two people are staying or if you have more than a few toiletries. The kitchen facilities were another disappointment. The appliances and basic equipment provided were extremely limited. There were no bowls suitable for breakfast, no liquid soap for washing dishes or cutlery, very limited cutlery, and no coffee machine or coffee pods. We were essentially provided with four plates, a couple of glasses and a limited amount of cutlery, but very little else that would make the kitchen genuinely functional. Not even a bottle of water on the fridge when we arrived!

The location was great, next to the sea. The staff were very helpful and there was transport from the port to the rooms and back.

The facilities were not worth the price per night. The drain was detached from the kitchen surface, the garbage bin in the bathroom was broken and for the amount of money you pay per night, it's not justifiable. In addition, the same comments were given on google more than 5 months ago and i could see that those were not fixed within this period of time. Also, the air conditioning was not working properly.

Toppenläge nära Finikas och Fanos beach. Lagom promenad in till stan. Bra säng! Väldigt bra torkställning till kläder och handdukar, behövs bara lite fler klädnypor när det blåser.

Studion kändes inte riktigt färdig, kökskranen satt helt löst. Det läckte vatten ner på golvet när man diskade men det gick bra att stoppa in en schampoflaska i röret under diskbänken och få det hyfsat tätt. Det verkade som om kylskåpet stängdes av när man gick ut och tog nyckeln ur hållaren. Inte bra när man var ute en heldag. Jag hade dessutom Insulin i kylen som inte är bra att ha i svajig temperatur. Det var mögel som luktade starkt någonstans. Men läget uppväger det negativa och att sängen var bra. Det kändes lite lite kontakt med personalen. Ingen information om något och incheckning skedde på ett annat hotel.
