Otelin denize olan yakınlığı ve koyun dalga almaması nedeni ile yüzme kolaylığı.
Temizlik ve otelin restorasyonundan sonra küçük alanlarının ( odaların ) bile fonksiyonel olarak değerlendirilebilmiş olması.
Denizinin taşlık olması ancak deniz ayakkabısı giyerek yine de giriş rahatlıkla sağlanıyor.

Posizione fantastica, la spiaggia pressoché privata di fronte e la simpatia della proprietaria.
Avrei apprezzato una maggiore organizzazione il giorno di arrivo e alla partenza.
Non ho apprezzato che alcuni ospiti occupassero le sdraio prima delle 7.30 del mattino con gli asciugamani senza poi essere lì per ore. Non lo trovo corretto.

The hotel's location is very close to Karlovci, in a very good spot on the route between Vathy center and Kokkari.
It's right on the beach; you can jump straight into the sea from your seat.
Avlakia beach is very clean, with round, large pebbles. It's a good idea to have water shoes.
The hotel is very clean, and the lady who took care of us was very attentive. Our room was small but very charming. It was more than enough for one night. We intended to stay two nights, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. We will definitely choose it again when we go to Samos.
The only thing that could be improved is perhaps offering a price that includes breakfast, or making breakfast a little more affordable.
The breakfast was quite good compared to most of the islands. Thank you.
Perhaps, the room is small.
