No había agua caliente No se cerraba la ventana completamente y se oía todo el ruido de la calle No había estacionamiento en el lugar Caro en relación a lo q ofrecen

Clean , nice breakfast but Noisy , noisy noisy

Comfortable bed, very handy for station, 24 hour reception, good breakfast nice staff

I have never stayed in such a noisy hostel , I was on second floor, and could hear loud shouting both nights, plus people up and down stairs ,+++ earplugs essential Room was clean, but smelt musty ,- no external window or ventilation The one window to internal noisy staircase kept no light out at all, and staircase light was on and off all night. Light also through badly fitting door. Also dog friendly - it does state this , so mistake on my part as I dont like barking dogs on next floor Sorry but I would not recommend

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very confy to stay.

The hostel is close to everything, and one block away from the the tour station which is very good if you’re a tourist. the hostel has a good price and a good breakfast to start your morning.

the property is new and the rooms are brand new !

it did what it said on the tin. the breakfast was basic but on the balcony so quite nice. close to the bus station.

Location,, too loud, door knob in poor condition, the parking lot is 2 blocks away from the hotel, not as described.

Excellent for a short stay

+ Great location close to the bus station + Lots of restaurants nearby + Room was basic but comfortable, everything worked well, including the hot water

- The attention at of the staff wasn't as good as you'd expect, we asked for the room to be cleaned while we went out and they just... forgot. - The breakfast was super basic, with lots of bread. I'm gluten-free, so all I could was eggs and fruit. Maybe it's too much to ask, but it would be good if the hotel added some options for those of us who cannot eat bread.

Good stay

Good stay with parking available.

The information indicated at "important information" is not correct. It says that the booking included a night tour and extra things but when I reached the receptionist about this, he didn't have any idea about it. But still that information is listed. If you don't offer the services, then don't list them in the booking please. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Good location, tasty breakfast, clean room.

Very good location close to bus station and historic centre, shopping, tour operators e.c

English speaking service was poor.

It quite well and confy.

Nice and confortable it is located in front of the bus station, The Terrace gives you a nice view of mountains and if you like a mid level city noise this is the place for you. Bathroom very clean, great tv and internet. No alcohol admitted.

If the night is very cold there are no other coat to use; bed has a funny noise and my room was near to the street and I can not sleep as well as I want. Noise at night could be a big problem if you want to rest. No carpet and the floor was too cold .

Perfect for a night as near bus terminal

This is more of Hotel than a hostel for International travellers. It was perfect for my 2 nights as next to bus terminal and central for everything. Breakfast is grand on the terrace

Nothing really, the staff were nice but it lacked atmosphere & chsrm of smaller hostels

It was ok but that's it

You could get tour information

The room was not comfortable and it was super noisy! We almost couldn't sleep because we could hear anything: barking dogs, cars and traffic, other people talking and screaming. Also we only had a cold shower. Last but not least the bed was not comfortable.

Super central big rooms, very clean.

The staff was very helpful, the location super central, the room was fun and spacious. Breakfast was great too. Defenitely recommend it! Plus they have parking.

Nothing, maybe a bit noisy but it's because you are in the center.

Not recommended

The location was awesome. Very close to everything.

The bathroom smelled very bad. The room was next to the main stairwell and kitchen and it was very noisy all the time. The room was not very clean.
