Location was ok. Easy to find and there was a convenience store nearby.
I can hear people shouting outside my room at about 10pm. The person above my room was dragging things and banging. I can hear it clearly and I can't sleep well at all. There was a concert or event outside the hotel, opposite the street. It was super noisy. The free laundry service is available from 9am to 10pm so when I want to use it at 9am, it was occupied. Breakfast is ok with limited choice.
