It was ok
Lot of glass in the bathroom that wasn't very clean and high areas not dusted. The hotel was ok but I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice. No issues at all with that aspect. I think there is a beach right off the front steps, which is nice. Don’t think it gets very busy though.
The rooms were susceptible to all noise in the hallway. The doors are very thin and you can hear everything that’s happening in the hallways. The water didn’t. Get quite as hot as I’d expect from a hotel of this quality. The location is about a 10-15 minute bike ride from the main attractions (if you’re visiting for Walking Street, Soi, Tree town, Jomtien etc). Also, the beds were pretty firm in my opinion, but not unbearable if you’re not too accommodating to bed hardnesses.

-Unser Zimmer in der 11. Etage mit einem tollen Meerblick
-leider sind zu unserer Zeit sehr viele russische Gäste vor Ort gewesen die sich nich zu benehmen wussten
- Frühstück war langweilig
-das Hotel befindet sich weit außerhalb von Pattaya
- Zimmerservice war so schlecht, das wir das erste mal auf unseren Reisen kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben, wir mussten unser Bett selber beziehen nachdem wir nach einem Topper gefragt haben, dieser wurde nur aufs Bett gelegt
