Very bad experience

Nothing

They put complementary breakfast but serving only one dosa saying this is our policy if you need more they simply says to buy or eat outside TV is there but no channels displayed because they never recharged. I asked him to recharge but not done

I had booked this place for a friend of mine and booked from 22feb till 27feb, he was flying from UK and reached Bangalore on 23rd early morning and checked out by 25th feb, spoke to the hotel guy he told we should pay 16k and then 14k, we spoke to booking.com and rep informed us to 6100 but Benaka staff, he was not ready to listen and told to pay 10k otherwise we can’t checkout. We had to pay and leave. it is very bad, initially he asked us to talk to booking.com, and to pay accordingly but post talking he insisted us to pay 10k. Very disappointed with the staff.

Not worth for the money

The bathroom is outside the service apartment, not attached to the bathroom. They don't provide breakfast on time since they are charging for a complimentary breakfast. Room rent is too high

nothing was good about this place

Dirty place , service is very bad, it smells of cigarettes all over the building , bottles of Alchool left in the drawers, pubic hair in the bed sheets , one egg each for breakfast ( one more for extra charge), you have to pay extra to use the kitchen stove, no pay no gas, we were asked for Rs 200 for each day just to cook a little food for our 2 years daughter. Bed mattress terrible, very old and very soggy .

Safe & pleasant Family stay in 2 bedroom

The location, service and behaviour of staff, food are prepared as per instruction like home made. My family felt safe & room service were prompt. Many Windows and 2 balcony gives enough light & air.

Limited option for food, room is little smelly at checked-in, should be ventilated & perfumed prior to check-in. No proper utensil for microwave use.

Overall place is neat & clean & the neighbourhood is peaceful. Stay was comfortable.

I booked a 1 BHK apartment, while booking it was not mentioned that the property being 2 BHK, the 2nd bedroom will be alloted to another customer. So the hall & kitchen was required to be shared, which was a disappointment. So while booking, make your mind that its shared & not personal space.

Quiet, premium economical and delicious facility

Room was big and spacious. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Checkin/out was seamless. They provided a really nice room. Room service and food quality was really high. Authentic dishes and no need to order outside! Generator facility as well.
