Location was ideal for what I was looking for.
Room was clean and suited what I needed for a night's stay.
When issues arose, the staff were quick to help and resolve the issue.
I'm not personally fond of staff-less hotels. I was told that I would receive entry codes in the morning of my stay if I completed a pre-booking form, but this didn't happen. I texted the team who sent me another form to fill in, which I did and this gave me the code for the building and the bedroom. The building code worked, but then the bedroom one didn't, so that was another text to the team who gave me a new one.
To be clear, unlike most staff-free hotels I've stayed in, when I texted them, they got back to me very quickly and resolved the issue promptly, so kudos to them. I just feel that arriving and picking up a key is easier than a back and forth with forms and codes, but perhaps I'm just old fashioned. Otherwise, everything was exactly what I was looking for.
The room I got was very small, but this wasn't an issue for me as I was only using it as a place to rest my head for a night. Other people might find it too small, though.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and of an adequate size. The check in process was quick and simple, which was made even more straightforward as we were kindly given assistance from Jaydev on front of house. We received a warm welcome, along with a polite and professional service from Jaydev as of the moment we arrived. He explained what we needed to know, personally showed us to our room and even offered help with carrying our luggage.
There is genuinely nothing I didn’t like, perhaps one or two of the other guests were a tad noisy when entering the property but it was a Friday night after all and no fault of the property itself it really couldn’t have been any better!

close to where family live, fan in the room, good shower
on a busy road, noise at night road and other guests, bed was uncomfortable, room small despite booking a superior room, could have been cleaner, lounge/breakfast area not inviting at all
