The location is good, across from boardwalk, two blocks to kohrs frozen custard, the famous orange creamsicle.. Unusually small 10 units Dog friendly motel but a tad small rooms, about 200 sq ft room, dated but clean room..I thought I get the bigger 300 sq ft but they gave me a single room with two beds, not the two rooms unit with 3 beds that I had reserved..
Lack of pool and or nicer sun deck due to small lot size to allow to built.. Need a dimmer switch for the only one ceiling light.. no lamps or framed pictures.. a sorta sad unit..

The room was very clean, and when I had a problem with the WIFI the staff was very cooperative in helping me resolve the issue. It was also very peaceful....
The room was a bit smaller than I expected. It was a little farther from some of the spots that I wanted to visit. But that isn't an issue for the hotel, just my preference.

location, price
place is a bit tired which is fine for these cheap old motels but the room key didnt work so the manager just gave me the master ring for the weekend. Mattress was bad though, everything else was pretty much as expected.
