Great location right across from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Big pool and roof with hammocks to check out the views. Restaurant attached with nice breakfast choices and friendly staff.
The room setup was a little weird. Curtain separating the bedroom and the kitchen seating area like a wall - used it at night to block the light from the windows, but it blocked the ac.

The hotel was great, and for what we paid the property was well managed. I loved the rooftop deck with the hammocks. The pool was nice as well. They were playing a movie when we got in. Our room was clean as well and we had all basic amenities.
If you want more amenities this is not the place for you! We pretty much got bare bones amenities. It was a Roku tv but it had no apps no way to mirror my phone or anything on it. Only satellite tv. I had to buy an hdmi cord just to watch a streaming service from my phone. Coffee maker, and microwave no coffee or anything provided. No plates, no napkins. But there was mugs. Not too bad but if I came back that is something to note. The pool was a little dirty when I got in. Some floating debris.

It was close to boardwalk and the view was great and pool very nice
Our room was not cleaned when we got in the room so at 4:00 we had to wait another 30 min to clean it, Did not know you had to bring own coffee and filters. Elevators very slow
