La situation géographique du logement en centre ville, proche de commerces de transports en commun et de l'océan. J'ai aussi apprécié son équipement, j'ai trouvé tout ce dont j'ai eu besoin. L'immeuble est globalement très propre et certainement bien insonorisé (aucune gêne des voisins nombreux en haute saison).

Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy céntrico. También al lado de la playa y con piscina en los apartamentos. Tenía todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y los electrodomésticos bastante nuevos.
Falta algo de limpieza en algunas zonas como el baño y la terraza. En verano es muy caluroso y para dormir con la ventana abierta la zona es muy ruidosa durante toda la noche.

The addition price for sheets and towels was disappointment!! Read full description before booking.
The couch- was small and very uncomfortable to us.
The bathroom, especially toilet was old and stinky, it seems was cleaned up, but smell still was strong.
The price for the bed sheets and towels, if I pay 25€ I would expect towels and sheets to be new-ish, e.g.
The towels was thin ( hard) and seems to be old too.
