Excellent find for a comfortable city visit

Lovely, quiet place in a very convenient location, short walk to the metro station. Excellent facilities, modern fittings, and the garden is definitely a bonus.

It is overlooked by tall buildings from all sides and pedestrian pavement is only partly available to reach the main road.

not satisfied and would not recommend it

The reason I booked the property was the included parking place. At arrival I was told by the host the two available parking lots belong to other apartments in the same house and I am not allowed to use them. The parking lots were empty so I talked to the people living in those apartments and kindly asked them if I can use one of the parking lots since they do not have a car. They agreed but the host did not. Both parking lots stayed empty for three days… I had to park my car 500m away from the apartment because parking on the street in front of the house was not possible. On top of everything, the last night of our stay around 3 AM someone tried to enter the apartment and woke us up.

A lot of traffic around hard to get in and out Noisy place with dogs barking and construction works around No interior insulation Fighting for parking places Not very clean Cheap furniture and design If fully booked will be overcrowded with no privacy

Near where we wanted to be. Very clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable All amenities except iron and board.

Floor in shower room very slippery and stepping out onto the tiles a bit difficult when wet .

Amazing

Pet friendly hotel. The owner was exceptional. We booked it last minute and the owner greeted us late at night within 10 minutes, also easy to change booking. Outstanding! Would recommend to everyone.

A great place to stay in Sofia.

A great place to stay in Sofia. The rooms are tiny but comfortable with new decoration and practical furniture. We had a wonderful terrace, almost as big as the room. They also accept dogs.

10 lv per day for a 2.5 kg Pomeranian dog and that is ok for us. We would prefer it is mentioned in booking before we finalise the reservation.

Over Priced / Tiny

Balconey, mgr was nice but more interested in collecting the daily dog fee.

Photos showed kitcken, washing machine, table and for the price we paid $225 for 6 nights we got 1 tiny room with private toilet. 6 rooms in 1 home, you could hear everyone and some very loud we sent message to staff. Said they been warned 2 times. We gave up on that. No clean towel service, no supplies replenished like toilet paper just 2 day one. Had to cook in other peoples room once as we shopped before going. We moved to a hotel with everything at 1/2 the price. Lesson learned as it was our 1st booking ever. Got to pay close attention to room offered and ask questions before reserve..

Excellent stay

The property is amazing and the lady who owns the place is extremely friendly. The rooms are a decent size and are very tidy. There is a washing room area which came in handy and they even supplied laundry liquid. The house is beautiful and the garden is great, it has a bbq area and some chairs and swings.

Extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect location. Very relaxful and quiet place in the city with big balconies and beautiful garden. I am sure that this will not be my last visit. Thank you for the high quality service.
